I can’t even give the review more than one star, cause they never gave me my food! We paid $40 roughly for two sandwiches, only 1 came out and the other was being cooked, and they forgot about it for a good 30 minutes. Eventually they brought it out(which they messed up and added peppers when i told them no peppers) and we had to ask for a new one. Now 55 minutes later after waiting on one regular sized sandwich, they never even made a new one. 55 minutes later and they told us they never even got a ticket or reciept?? Out of the many Jersey Mikes i’ve been to, this one by far has been the worst one. Take your time and find another business to eat at.

I want to give an extreme shout out to who the manager lady was. I apologize. I didn't get your name but I was in yesterday. And you were so kind about my gluten allergy that not only did you make me feel comfortable instead of making it seem like it was a problem, you made my sandwich in a separate area and then directed your staff on how to properly make my food. Because my allergy is so severe and I just want to say thank you. The service industry i've worked in for over 30 years and it has declined by so much with ethics of work. You could tell that she kept her employees in check and they respected her. What a well oiled machine of a store this was. Thank you

First time visit. One other person in the restaurant. Stood in front of the young man in the order line for at least 5 minutes. The only acknowledgment “did you call in an order”. Appears the staff is more concerned with call in orders than a customer in the restaurant to place an order. Went to Publix to get a sub. Local that is disappointed.

I've tried 4 different sandwiches via multiple mobile orders and every single sandwich has been outstanding. Order accuracy has been 100% satisfactory and the customer service is usually extremely attentive.
Still pinching myself about a Jersey Mike's in Freeport because the food options in the city are lacking to say the least.

We have ordered a few times and the food is always delicious. Tonight I placed an Uber eats order and no one picked it up so I ended up rushing up there at closing at the man working (assuming manager) apologized AND gave me 2 coupons for future use when this (first world) issue wasn't even because of him! It was kind enough for him to apologize but I'm extremely grateful for the super kind customer service! Thanks again!

I’m done with this place. I’ve been there three times since it opened. First time: All fine.
Second time: Left meat items off of my sandwich. I called as soon as so got home to make them aware. The person handling the register (who rung me up 10 minutes earlier) couldn’t remember me or find my order based on the info from my receipt. A supervisor came to the phone and wanted to make it right. Spent 15 minutes trying to find the order, my loyalty account, etc. Couldn’t figure it out. I offered to text a picture of the receipt to him. Asked for my phone number and said the female manager would call tomorrow because she knows how to use the computer. Spoiler alert: She never called. How hard is it to put some loyalty points in someone’s account to fix a problem you created?
Third time: Mobile pickup order. Empty store. Only one other mobile order in the pick up area. Food was supposed to be ready 5 minutes ago, and they had not started making it. Young man with bushy hair (No hairnet. Needs one…that hat isn’t doing the job.) proceeds to make the sandwich. They are out of bags, so I just took it wrapped up. Got home (5 min later) and the whole sandwich is COATED in oil. The bread is soggy from so much vinegar.
This place has a serious staff and management problem.

Our elderly neighbor( who always loved JM) asked to get her a Rueben sandwich ( it’s on your website) the server in Freeport’s new Jersey Mike is nothing short of the rudest individual we’ve ever encountered. “ We don’t make reuben’s , go to publix” , my neighbors second choice was a club.. “ her response was”
I told you we don’t make sandwiches.
Obviously, this person has not been trained in customer service.. we will Not be returning any time soon.. sad!

I eat a lot of Jersey Mike’s and this is a great location. The service was good, location clean and staff was friendly. Who doesn’t love sandwiches? A must try!!

Food has been good so far. However, They probably should DROP the “delivery” option on the app. It had taken 3 hours for mr to get my food and upon receipt, you can tell it had been made hours ago. Good food, when u pick it up. Nasty when you choose delivery! Just end the delivery option in Freeport Jersey Mikes ?
