And you were so kind about my gluten allergy that not only did you make me feel comfortable instead of making it seem like it was a problem, you made my sandwich in a separate area and then directed your staff on how to properly make my food. I've tried 4 different sandwiches via multiple mobile orders and every single sandwich has been outstanding. Order accuracy has been 100% satisfactory and the customer service is usually extremely attentive.
Still pinching myself about a Jersey Mike's in Freeport because the food options in the city are lacking to say the least.

We have ordered a few times and the food is always delicious. Tonight I placed an Uber eats order and no one picked it up so I ended up rushing up there at closing at the man working (assuming manager) apologized AND gave me 2 coupons for future use when this (first world) issue wasn't even because of him! It was kind enough for him to apologize but I'm extremely grateful for the super kind customer service! Thanks again!
