If you’re not looking for this place you’ll miss it. Parking is a little scarce. Didn’t take long to get seated but after that it fell apart. Took for ever to get someone to come to the table and when they did they only brought chips with no salsa. We waited for ever it felt like to get a waiter to show up just to get drinks. We finally got drinks and a bowl of salsa for the two of us. Waitress did not come back for a while to take our order. I’m guessing it was a manager of some kind that stopped and asked if we had been helped yet and we told him no. Shortly afterwards someone came to take our order. Food was good and brought to the table quickly. However for the rest of night we didn’t get refills, chips or salsa. Service was really bad. The interior is pretty cool and pretty clean. Both men’s and women’s bathrooms were fairly clean but had trash on the floors and the men’s had urine all over the floor by the urinal. It appeared to have an outside sitting area but I did not check it out. Overall a disappointing experience and saddening as this place seems like it could be a happening place ?

All I can say is how much I LOVE the food. Everytime I go there it's just MAGICAL. The service is always so good and I just love them so much. Even though they might not know who I am I always feel like family!!

We desperately need places to eat in Freeport and any restaurant that can make a good meal, they will be very busy. But there is a need of improvement in this area at this location. I had a beef burrito and beef enchilada. I couldn’t eat more than a bite of either one.

I went for a drink and a to go plate with my friend. First drinks were messed up which I forgave and he told me they didn't have what I wanted. Later on another waiter said they did have it. Waited 15 mins after getting my to go order to add a large guacamole, tried to pay for 10 more min finally a ex small guac came out and I asked if the generous tip I put can be split with the server that I saw more than the bartender and bartender said no. I have yet to try my to go order.. hoping for the best

The food is consistent. "Good" is my adjective. I prefer a little more Tex-Mex than Los Rancheros' style but overall the food was good. Service was only barely adequate.

Friendly waiter. A noisy place.The beans, rice, and amount of chicken served was acceptable.The Chile Relleno was the worst I have ever been served. My knife could not cut the rubbery pepper. The taco shell was hard and tasteless.

I ate here during the grand opening and the service was terrible and the food was cold but I didn’t write a review because I figured they were just overwhelmed as it was packed. Went back today and my entire families food was cold again. My daughter’s rice was refrigerator cold and my quesadilla was tasteless and cold. Service was mediocre. Spent 80$ for 2 adults and 2 kids . Ouch

Finally got to check this place out and so glad I did. We were greeted upon entering and chips and salsa graced the table as we sat down. Casual atmosphere with colorful and pleasant decor. We ordered a variety of dishes, everything tasted fresh and delicious. Our waiter Joel was super nice and respectful! We will definitely be back.
