I don’t understand how hard it is to add a French fry to a meal when it comes with it.

Just got 2 hot fudge Sundays they hardly put any fudge and the fudge wasn't hot and tastes weird.

I downloaded the app so I could get my order correct....both times it has been a crap show...the first time I ordered a dish sandwich meal....I got 4 chicken nuggets,small french fries and apple pie....the second time I ordered and paid for,a double dish sandwich with extra tartar sauce....I got a small dish sandwich with no tartar sauce.. when I got home and realized this I called ....he told me to come back....I went back with the small dish sandwich and he gave me my double without extra tartar sauce.....I asked to talk to a manager and he told me that was him.....he said they are short handed between 3 and 5 waiting on school kids....he kept saying sorry....I asked him that 8 out of 10 of my orders were completely wrong....again he said sorry....I asked him if that was all he has to say ...he said yes....how do they continue to get away with this ...I eat there maybe twice a year when I get a craving and am severely disappointed....I don't know why I expected my experience to be any different

Food gets 4 stars because McDonald's is 3 stars at best ..UNLESS the crew crushes it in making sure it's got that just cooked out the door freshly fresh ness.
The only issue I ever have is my McDonald's app refuses to be anything but a boat anchor ⚓
Uninstall, reinstall loose every stinking point still nothing. Just fix the app to not be a boat anchor.

Stopped by this McDonald’s on our way out of Florida and was pleasantly surprised! I tried the Spicy Sausage & Egg McMuffin and it hit the spot—great level of spice without being overpowering. The hashbrown was cooked to perfection—crispy, golden, and just right. 👌 Quick service, clean location, and hot food. Definitely recommend if you’re passing through!

Food cold and old.Asked if machines for cold drinks worked before ordering,was told yes but NONE were . No syrup in soda mach., no frappes or shakes.
