Ordered steak biscuits. Took a bite & it wa a greasy hamburger patty with greasy fried onions on top. Biscuit crumbled. Threw it away.

It would be an ok place if they could get the orders right every once in awhile. I can only imagine the amount of inventory wasted due to giving people the wrong food. Hope the problem will eventually work its self out. EDIT TO ADD: Still no changes. The # of times I have had to ask for items forgotten. Really need to work on quality control. Someone should be reading and checking the orders every single time. Also,please work on consistency. How much sauce should be on a BIG Mac? Half a teaspoon or half a cup,because it's always one or the other.

Come here all the time usually no problem , this last time there was a hair on my biscuit and gravy and when I called to get refund no answer on the phone at all , eventually gave up . The dog had a good breakfast

Ordered BigMac combo, no onion, no pickle. Apparently whoever made this sandwich had a sense of humor or plain meaning streak. Never seen so many onions on ANY SANDWICH! Completely RIDICULOUS. WENT TO GARBAGE! BTW, the young man at drive thru was very kind.

After telling the clerk at the window that I had a penny so I would not get back $.99, she refused to take it and gave me $.99 change back anyway.
Oct 13 2024. Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Orded nuggets and fries and waited over 10 minutes after going through the drive thru window. Multiple cars behind me were sent to the curbside pickup spots. Seems that the staff is under prepared and cannot meet McDonald's standard for prompt service. I recommend choosing another option in the area if you don't have an abundance of time to waste.

Although the manger gage was very kind and patient I still find it odd I go to this specific mcdonald's everyday for lunch and all of a sudden 20 is missing from my account at 4 when I'm at home..I called and was told they couldn't find the receipt...weird. not to mention no one else even gets to touch my card except mcdonald's..I was told they would be in touch with me but this whole situation leaves me feeling very uneasy knowing someone has my card information. I work extremely hard for my money for this bs. So if you go to this mcdonald's I wouldn't hand them your card. I can't say that's what exactly happened but it's way to weird for it not to be the case this mcdonald's definitely needs to evaluate there workers..
