Added items on pizza were left off. Breadsticks were not good. Overall this location seems to be mismanaged. Have tried several times and nothing improves.

Having worked at this location I can say without doubt it’s the worst. The employees do not give one flying care about your food at all. Food prep in unsanitary as well. Manager is a child with horrible customer service or any control over her employees. I could go on and on. But just be careful ordering cause no gloves, dirty hands, and unwashed dishes is what your food is being served with. Wish I could add pictures of the health violations I have experienced. When the DISTRICT MANAGER says that the store is in her own words now “fn disgusting to be brand new” you know something is wrong! Too many other options in town to deal with this mess.

A very disappointing experience. Our pizza and wings were delivered “cold.” They we also 1/2 late according to their own app.
In the good ‘ol days we use to go to a Pizza Hut and dine in. Everything has changed now. Automation has corrupted both their service and food.

I have tried 3 times now to get a pizza with lite cheese as I have lactose problems and yet again the instructions are not followed. The time before this one I had them remake it and the new one was no better. Im not sure why it’s so difficult to make it with less cheese. Thankfully there’s about 5 other pizza places to choose from in town as I won’t be back here again.

Pizza Hut is awesome! Our food is always correct, hot, and the staff is great. If we have it delivered, it's usually Bishop, he always text to say he's on his way. When he gets to you, he always smiling and very friendly. We are so glad Pizza Hut is in Freeport now!
They forgot to cook my wings. They did nothing to make it right, but at least admitted to it.

Holy guacamole…. I typically don’t leave reviews good or bad but after my $35 (plus $5 extra tip)order tonight here it is. Ordered online got the order on time, which was fantastic! However upon opening my box, it wasn’t a thin crust like i ordered, it was hand tossed. I could look past it IF IT HADNT BEEN UNDERCOOKED. Here’s where it gets good, called little lady upfront couldn’t find my order (weird since it was just 25 mins ago) proceeded to go ahead and get my right pizza prepared and delivered (said it would take 35-45mins HA COOL) calls back…. Says the manager said they can’t do that because I did it online and not there or over the phone… I’m sorry what?! In my pajamas and slippers I get in my car and haul butt to now show the conformation email to get my dang pizza, cause ya girl hungry and getting a little irritated now. Get there show my email…to be asked why I drove there when it could’ve been looked up on the computer. I am baffled at this point. As I am waiting for my correct order to be done, they got THREE calls saying their orders were also messed up!! Are you kidding me… not to mention (but I will) didn’t refund me for the mess up, let alone the “driver fee”. So if you’re still going to order from here I suggest you go pick it up and check those boxes fellas.
