as soon as i walk in michelle the lady behind the register was arguing with a quiet old man that was just asking a question, and then i start my order and i ask a simple question and the new girl sara ( amazing employee so sweet and nice) asked michelle a question and she starts going off on her !! being rude to her in front of me about something i asked about, i just asked if i can replace my turkey for salami and usually they say yes but i have to pay extra which is perfectly fine ! but she starts saying that she can’t give me free food and starts going off on sara saying and doing the most for absolutely no reason ! and even after that all i hear is her complaining about her job and other employees. i felt so uncomfortable being there because of that lady, and felt bad for sara too i can tell she was new and was just trying her best. if it wasn’t for sara i would give just 2 stars

Short staff, food did not look or taste fresh. The one employee working was very nice and doing the best she could, this wreck of a restaurant was clearly management/ owners fault.

Subway needs to fix the problem in Freeport one week the coupon codes don't work online another week the credit cards don't work online nor at the store cash only how much business can you continue to lose You can make a lot more money if you did things right just saying. It's very irritating and frustrating to say the least. And then she wouldn't even respect my online order for the price that it was so another $30 was lost by the company because of the rude personnel. I would stay away from the Freeport Subway definitely not a pleasant experience

Great friendly quick service very helpful my only issue was getting there app to work and there prices are a little high in Freeport FL but every thing is so exspensive in Freeport any more it's just getting out of hand

I have gone in twice now and both times Isabelle has been great! I'm allergic to onions, and will go into Anaphylactic shock if I consume them. Both times she went above and beyond to keep me safe! She is a great person whom truly does care about the Guest's with an Awesome personality. I trust Isabelle and happy she didn't make me feel like it's a made up allergy like other people have made me feel. It's very hard to have a rare allergy like I do, but last time I counted there were a total of 15 of us in Walton and Okaloosa County whom are allergic to onions. It's not as rare as it used to be. Thank you for Isabelle she truly is a blessing ? ?

Our first experience at the new location (the last one was AWFUL and employees were so rude). We go in because our son has literally been waiting for the new one to open and he got a certificate for being on the honor roll at school for a free kids meal. We’re told his certificate can’t be honored because the manager isn’t present and the employees there don’t have any way to login for discounts. Mind you, we’re also ordering three adult sandwiches, so we’re not asking for anything else special or discounted. They weren’t rude, just clueless about what we were even presenting them. Managers should make sure their staff have what they need if they’re not at work, instead of putting them in that position.

Went in tonight for the first time in about a year, I asked for a simple turkey sub, mind you I added bacon unaware of the extra charge. I asked the manager working tonight my total, when she told me what it was, I looked at my boyfriend and said jokingly “no wayyy both subs are $15?” The manager proceeded to look at me and say, “if you can’t pay, you’re not allowed to come back” all I was stating, to my boyfriend for that matter was that it was more expensive than I remembered, and after she so rudely interrupted me I asked what made it cost $3 extra, which was the bacon. Instead of the manager being civilized, and answering my question to begin with she proceeded to tell me if I can’t pay I could leave and not come back. Again. The service from the manager was unacceptable. There was a trainee, and her coworker that I also believe might have been training that were very kind and helped settle the situation and also made me a very good sandwich. Regardless of their hospitality, I will most likely be traveling to other subway locations from now on due to the MANAGERS hateful attitude.
