They use a completely automated order system in their drive-through. Its a bit rushed and loud but accurate and not impolite.

Walked in no one spoke to me. All automated and the automated system is slow. A lady working there Looked directly at me and didn’t even check up!!! It is a convenient place to stop on our short drive back from the beach but I’ll never stop again!!!!! This was our 2nd bad experience with this place!!!! Prices suck too!!! You can get real Mexican food for that kind of $$$$$

Ground was dirty, food took a good 20 minutes to come out even though I ordered 2 burritos, and workers were distracted. Food was fine but this place sucked in general, and they take forever, go to a different place if you want food quickly, they’ll waste your time for mediocre food.

I wish I could give 5 stars but I’ve waited almost 20 minutes inside the store for about 10 items off the value menu. All they do is keep sending the food out of the drive thru window and neglecting customers inside. Wish they offered better service because it makes me not want to come back again. I even had to walk up and ask if they received my order. Then my husband had to ask them again. They said yes nonchalantly and no apology. This is supposed to be fast food. At least offer something for the extra wait times.
