The food was wonderful. Let me just get that out of the way. It was the fact that my delivery order was missing items and when I called the store, the associate was so rude accused the driver of stealing then accused me of lying. This economy is tough for everybody I’m a single mother and this was like a $40 order so that was already ridiculous itself. Then to top it off, she just hung the phone up and as I tried calling back, they wouldn’t answer the phone so instead of accusing me of lying Taco Bell needs to check their associates for stealing because that’s what y’all just did was steal money from me by not giving me my items or making it right.

I was told I HAD TO USE THE KIOSK, or the mobile app.

If it was busy inside I wouldn’t have minded at all but the drive thru and lobe were empty.

Stopped by on November 30, which was a Saturday at about 530 and was told I can only order via kiosk which I will not order via kiosk manager tried to offer the kiosk to me and told him I do not use kiosk and got very snotty and attitude. I am at least assuming he was the manager as a business owner myself he needs to learn how to speak and treat customers also if you feel like you want to stay in business kiosk is not the way to go. There are other people like me that will not use a kiosk

Every time w get tacos here you can expect them to come out soaking wet like this for whatever reason. This has happened to us every time for like 6 times in a row now.

Whatever you do, avoid this location at all cost! I came here as they opened and ordered $30 worth of food for my wife and I as we were painting our house which we only live a couple miles from the store. I came by picking it up. I could ensure the food was hot and they got everything instead of ordering for delivery.
When we got home, all the food was dead cold
They had used all the meat from the night before and not heated it up. Everything was cold. The chalupa wasn't fried, and absolutely gross stuff.

We didn't eat any of the food, we made a complaint online immediately to corporate, but could not go back to the store till later on as we were painting our house. When we returned to the store That afternoon the same employees were there and they remembered me, but they said since I didn't bring it right back in that morning that they couldn't do anything. At first, we asked for a refund, but then I said well if you can't do that can you at least remake the food since I brought it all back?

They refused to do either not even come out to talk to us.

What kind of restaurant does this if your food is no good in your employees made a mistake. Fix it

I will never go back to this place and I don't think any of you should either

Literally the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. We were traveling from north Alabama to Santa Rosa and pulled in for a late dinner and everything was so good. The store was clean, the food was fresh and well prepared, and the staff is really friendly.

When they don't even look your way when you're at the counter they don't get a good review was not happy

I stopped going to the local Taco Bell because they always added things I blatantly stated I’m allergic to, or forgot an item. I took 4 months off this location and finally when I try again they completely forgot an item.

Could I have checked the bag before I left? No, not really because the drive thru isn’t a place to dawdle, and you’d expect them to actually do it right when they’re volume is low.
