Tried to call to talk to a Mgr, not to complain. I wanted to let them know our family ate there on December 18 around 5:45-6:00 pm. After returning home all three of us got sick (vomiting). We just wanted to tell them to please check their eggs, considering that's the one item we all had. But you can't talk to anyone there because they don't except calls. I hope they see this soon and check their eggs, it hasn't been a fun night!

The girl who took our order was very rude and then she was talking about customer service from where she went and got a tattoo from but she didn’t have any customers service her self she did not come to the table but two times. She needs to work on her own customer service her self

I ordered a breakfast meal ... hash browns with ham and mushrooms with whole wheat toast ...I get hash browns with ham and cheese and white toast ...only 2 customers in here . I don't understand why ?

I recently dined at waffle house in Freeport, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting that set the perfect tone for a relaxed meal. Overall, my server Orlanza is attentive, friendly, can get overwhelmed at times when the place is busy so please be patient with the gal but regardless provided outstanding service and the food was amazing!! I’ve never felt this welcome eating out. Better then nicks sea food or golden horse pervillan where I felt ignored at times and even been glared at by the staff?
I felt that my eggs were on the raw side, and my bacon wasn't done ,except on one edge. I ate what I had . My Husband had ordered the meal with a steak,eggs,hashbrowns & toast. I noticed he kept making a face. He said the meat tasted like it was kind of rotten. Also,waitress didn't bring syrup with my waffle and.I had to ask for some. Do not recommend this place.Won't be back.

This was the best Waffle House I’ve ever been to! Even during peak busy times, we were seated quickly, served almost immediately, and attended to constantly. I was even offered a fresh cup of coffee to go. I definitely recommend stopping here on your way to/ from the beach!
