This Waffle House is amazing! I got the Bacon Cheeseburger with any other things except lettuce and they got exactly what I was wanting. Our waiter was Rose and she was great! Everything was amazing! (I also recommended the Bacon Cheeseburger.)

Put in a online order was to be ready at 3:08pm Got there at 3:10pm. They didn't even start the order. Asked for a refund,,,manager said it would refund immediately....couldn't give me a receipt. She printed the sale and put a negative in front of it. Never got refund. Husband went next day to complain. The regional manager gave refund, in was pending. Husband told them they are getting a bad review RM asked why. Seriously you're service sucks! Refund dropped off. Still charged for food we never got!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Online order, no butter, no syrup, no cutlery.... and I tipped good, prior to picking up my order. I watched it getting cold on the counter while the girl working looked like she was lost. I hate to complain but my waffle house order for 2 was $50 either the tip... and thus is what I got. Average food that was cold, no service, and not even a spoon to eat with. It was my husbands first request upon his release from the hospital. Yep.... I was upset. Stood there 15 min waiting to get it and the lost girl acted like it was a bother to hand it to me... I paid online and all. Ugh 🙄

This place is amazing not only for the food but also for the service. The servers are friendly & take care of their Customers needs & wants & this is the Epitome of the F&B Industry. I'd not ever been to a Waffle House in my Life until I moved to Florida & Ill choose Waffle House over Beef O Bradys any day

Food was good. Service was slow. But the atmosphere was very very loud. Staff was shouting to each other and slamming dishes! I couldn’t even hear my spouse speaking to me sitting right across in the booth. My watch kept alerting me “Loud Environment.” Will not be back… unless I have my ear plugs with me.
