Quality and service is downhill. Years prior this local chain was respected.

First of all, the waitress was not very friendly. In addition, she
put her hands all over a cup of ice while I was holding. We were a group of 4 and the only patrons in the restaurant but the wait time to receive our meals was excessive. The chicken tenders and fajitas were overcooked. Plus, the waitress was eating her meal the entire time our family was there. I would never recommend restaurant. Lastly, she hovered around us while waiting for her tip. Not cool.

I’ve been eating at La Nop since 2002. The best one, IMO, has always been the one on Beach Blvd. I moved away a few years back and was in town this week to visit friends and family. Met up here and the food was good. It’s not the same as the Beach location(though I’ve heard that’s all changed since ownership changed hands) but it’s still good. The prices are waaay higher now, but, that’s a trend everywhere. Nice atmosphere, great service. Queso is amazing. I am always chasing the high of La Nop on the early days.😍

We decided to eat lunch here after church today and it was a wonderful experience. We got what we wanted and our server was delightful. The food was very good the prices are fair. This is a wonderful place to come anytime you want to enjoy good Mexican food.

Food was awful, should have believed the other bad reviews but it is close by and wanted to give them a chance. Will not be back.

Used to be our favorite place to go at least once a week. We know all the servers and love them but unfortunately the prices have gone up and portions became smaller along with lack of amount meat you get on your nachos, tacos, etc. pretty disappointing! We always loved our service/servers there!

Good service. Terrible food. 4 out of 4 meals were awful. The ground beef tasted disgusting & looked like cat food. Sadly, we had the same taco salads at the River City location and they were delicious. Didn’t even feel like the same restaurant.
Live down the road from here so we come often. Tonight I thought the ground beef looked pink so I opened my quesadilla and saw bright pink ground beef. I told the server and they got the manager who said it was paprika. They just kept telling me it was cooked although you could clearly see it wasn’t. I was not being rude at all just didn’t want the food. Was still charged in full. Really disappointed it was handled so poorly. Won’t be coming back.
