Ordered some chips and queso to go. Got home to an order of stale chips. I paid 4.99 for the cheese and 2.99 for the stale chips. How do you mess chips up? Maybe try them before you sell them to your customers.

Been going to this location for awhile now, ever since the location in Mandarin was closed. Was great at first, but the last 3-4 visits I've noticed that all the sauces are being watered down. This includes the salsa, queso, and burrito sauce. I can literally taste the water in the salsa. Just to make sure I wasn't crazy, I went to the location off Kingsley this weekend and everything there was great.

I usually go with Tijuana Flats but I wanted to try NAP again so I ordered 2 California Burritos with 2 sides of Guacamole and extra chips - ordered 03/09/2024.My food was delivered and I noticed right away there was no sides of guacamole and chips just 2 burritos which I paid $53.80 for.The burritos were sloppy and not made very good as well.I called the restaurant on 03/10/2024 and was told that if you order delivery then it’s up to Uber Eats and the restaurant is not responsible for the sides that I paid for but did not receive- Per the restaurant ordering online has an issue the 2 places talking / systems…. So I was told to call Uber Eats since that’s who the restaurant uses…I said I would call them since the restaurant claims to only have gotten the burrito order , I ask them what about the sloppy food I did get? They did not care.Last time I ever go to LaNapolenera.I did have to set a help issue with Uber eats because they say they have never heard of this “system issue” ever existed.I call it scamming the customer.

Always hit this location for our Mexican Food fix, and they never disappoint! The food is excellent and the staff is always courteous. Consistency is the word that comes to mind when describing this La Nopalera restaurant, as I always order the same dish, and it's awesome every time. We are partial to this particular location, although they have several other locations in Jacksonville.

I ordered a Chile Relleno with beans. The plate all ran together. I had to eat it like dip with chips. I never did find the the Chile. I'm not kidding the absolute worstMexican meal I've ever seen. I wish I had taken a photo of the meal

This place is average at best. The food all tastes the same. No difference if you order a taco, burrito,enchiladas or anything else. Same unflavorful ground beef in all. Literally that’s the entire contents of all the items just beef nothing else. Chips came out with half a basket of just crumbles. First and last time here.
