Sad to say they have really gone downhill over the last few months at least. We used to come here all the time. The last several visits have been pretty disappointing. The most common thing we’ve noticed lately is the quality of their fruit, which is a pretty big deal for a smoothie place that needs fresh fruit for so many of their items. It seems like every time we go now they’re bordering on what we’d consider as rotten. Can’t tell you how many times we’ve gotten apples or bananas as our side only to throw them away because of their condition. And that’s just what we can see! I’m afraid to know what’s lurking in the kitchen out of public view. Maybe 3 weeks ago we were shot down when trying to order several items because they said the only stuff they had was no longer good and they were waiting on a delivery truck. I understand that things have a shelf life, which is why we’ve given them second, third, fourth, etc. chances - but this really seems to be a pattern now. I hope they improve soon.

I frequent Tropical Smoothie, we love the blueberry bliss smoothie with banana and the Nutella Acai Bowls.

Yesterday, a worker kept calling the wrong name for me to get my smoothie. After the third time of them shouting the wrong name while staring at me with an annoyed look, I replied I would grab the smoothie once my wrap was ready. The worker walked over to the GRUB HUB pickup where my wrap was mistakenly placed. I was appalled when I discovered my side (a banana) had already been opened.

My favorite Smoothie is the Mocha Madness.

They seem a little understaffed but the food was great!

Ordered a smoothie on the mobile app and it was confirmed. When I arrive at 8:37a the front door was locked and no one was to be found in the store. When I tried to call the phone went straight to voicemail as if they set it off the hook. If I could give zero stars I would. Unacceptable

My wife placed an order online and realized that she had ordered to the wrong location immediately after completing the order. Within 30 seconds she was speaking to an associate from the store who informed us that they had already completed the order and would be unable to provide a refund.

Now I completely understand why this location has horrible reviews. Placed an order on the app as we always do a $45 order at that one of the items was made incorrectly. Included two ingredients that we removed while ordering. We came back up to get it corrected and returned the untouched, unopened incorrect one to be told that in the future, if we order using the app and anything is wrong, they won’t remake it. And so that’s the last time we will ever patron that location. There are plenty of other tropical locations that don’t have rude employees.

Talk about great service!!!! I’m so pleased with the level of service I received at this location!! Mr. TJ went above and beyond today!! He offered great suggestions as I wasn’t sure what to order, he then proceeded to prepare my order with a smile I might add!! Thanks TJ! I love my order!! So good!!!

I ordered a 4 person order 3 smoothies, 4 sandwiches/wrap combos and it was delivered through door dash even though I ordered directly through the website. One of the meals that I ordered was not located inside of the bag, when I called for a refund or for a replacement I was told "they put the item in the bag, door dash must have stolen it" and they will write my name down for another Quesadilla in the future. What a waste of a lunch break! I will probably never return to this location in the future.
