Yesterday, a worker kept calling the wrong name for me to get my smoothie. After the third time of them shouting the wrong name while staring at me with an annoyed look, I replied I would grab the smoothie once my wrap was ready. The worker walked over to the GRUB HUB pickup where my wrap was mistakenly placed. I was appalled when I discovered my side (a banana) had already been opened.

Ordered a smoothie on the mobile app and it was confirmed. When I arrive at 8:37a the front door was locked and no one was to be found in the store. When I tried to call the phone went straight to voicemail as if they set it off the hook. If I could give zero stars I would. Unacceptable

My wife placed an order online and realized that she had ordered to the wrong location immediately after completing the order. Within 30 seconds she was speaking to an associate from the store who informed us that they had already completed the order and would be unable to provide a refund.

Now I completely understand why this location has horrible reviews. Placed an order on the app as we always do a $45 order at that one of the items was made incorrectly. Included two ingredients that we removed while ordering. We came back up to get it corrected and returned the untouched, unopened incorrect one to be told that in the future, if we order using the app and anything is wrong, they won’t remake it. And so that’s the last time we will ever patron that location. There are plenty of other tropical locations that don’t have rude employees.

Talk about great service!!!! I’m so pleased with the level of service I received at this location!! Mr. TJ went above and beyond today!! He offered great suggestions as I wasn’t sure what to order, he then proceeded to prepare my order with a smile I might add!! Thanks TJ! I love my order!! So good!!!

I ordered a 4 person order 3 smoothies, 4 sandwiches/wrap combos and it was delivered through door dash even though I ordered directly through the website. One of the meals that I ordered was not located inside of the bag, when I called for a refund or for a replacement I was told "they put the item in the bag, door dash must have stolen it" and they will write my name down for another Quesadilla in the future. What a waste of a lunch break! I will probably never return to this location in the future.

I was super excited to get my delicious wrap and my jalapeno corn but unfortunately I couldn't even finish my wrap I took three bites and I couldn't eat it. It was mushy , the avocados were not fresh, the lettuce was wilted ,the rice was soggy ?. I do think it could have been an amazing wrap had the produce & ingredients been fresh. I couldn't even eat the jalapeno corn because there was about an inch of grease and oil in the bottom and it just turned my stomach. Unfortunately I lost my debit card so I can't even have my meal refunded. I don't think I will ever come back to tropical smoothie. I could see how the lunch would have been good and worth the $15 had I been able to actually enjoy fresh ingredients! Unfortunately I will have to grab something at the gas station because I came on my lunch break. Do not think I will try any other tropical smoothie establishment anytime soon. On a positive note the food was hot and they made my order extremely fast via mobile order. It was extremely convenient to order pay for and pick up! Now if only it were edible.

After reaching out to the manager (DEREK DEAN) to discuss my concerns about the quality of the smoothie, I encountered a disappointing level of rudeness and lack of customer service. As a longtime customer of your establishment, I was taken aback by this experience. I understand that mistakes happen, and I believe in providing constructive feedback to help improve the customer experience. However, the manner in which my concerns were handled was unacceptable. I still value the quality of your products and service and hope that this incident can be addressed appropriately. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and any steps you can take to ensure better communication and customer service in the future. Thank you for your time and consideration.
