Worst service. Placed order online and they didn't have the order or anything on the system. They didn't have the flavors sold on the app neither. Go to a different place and you'll be fine.

Just wanted a cookies and cream cappuccino blast. Was told they were out of cookies and cream ice cream. Say what?!? The energy I peeped between workers told me there was more in the freezer, but she couldnt be bothered to bring any more out. She did offer to make me one out of any of the other flavors they had, but none were appealing. I ended up just getting a plain donut, as there were not even any bavarian creme or lemon-filled available. Quite the underwhelming experience.

I have ordered Icecream from this store in Doordash and they are out of stock but still the delivery guy has to call me and let me know that the items are out of stock and I had to cancel the order instead of them! And there is no full refund! Why would you even accept the order if you have no items and the customers had to wait till they cancel! Please work on it!

Whoever was working the drive through on 08/13/2023 around 7pm is the rudest person ever. I asked for a sugar cone and she said “this girl” and ridiculed me for asking for a type of cone I have gotten there before, which she now claims they don’t serve. All I wanted was a cone and I got nothing but the rudest customer service interaction ever. I will never go again
