I have ordered Icecream from this store in Doordash and they are out of stock but still the delivery guy has to call me and let me know that the items are out of stock and I had to cancel the order instead of them! And there is no full refund! Why would you even accept the order if you have no items and the customers had to wait till they cancel! Please work on it!

Whoever was working the drive through on 08/13/2023 around 7pm is the rudest person ever. I asked for a sugar cone and she said “this girl” and ridiculed me for asking for a type of cone I have gotten there before, which she now claims they don’t serve. All I wanted was a cone and I got nothing but the rudest customer service interaction ever. I will never go again

I've been going to Baskin-Robbins since I was 12 years old and unfortunately in spite of having 31 flavors, I'm only there for one...... Chocolate. In all of my travels and all of the times I've had chocolate ice cream at baskin-robbins, this is the first store that has ever not had chocolate. But was this the first time? No I have friends that live up the streetfriends that live up the street and this is the third time I've been there in 9 months and this is the third time they've not had chocolate ice cream. Totally inexcusable. No wonder they have a 2.9 overall

I feel really sad about this one because I always loved Baskin Robbins growing up and even now having my own kids, Baskin was a staple ice cream joint. This time at this location in Gibsonton, it's made me question my love for Baskin Robbins. In all my life having gone to Bakin Robbins in the US and Canada, I have NEVER seen a location that..-Had a filthy glass window/freezer where they showcased their ice cream. My husband wanted to walk out as soon as he saw the glass. He wanted to vomit but I insisted to stay and just get our ice cream.-Only had 5-7 flavors available with only 1 or 2 flavor labels. The workers who mightve been the manager had no idea there were no labels facing customers. When we asked what flavour, she had no idea and asked us to taste it and confirm if our guess was right. It was so bizarre! Lol She was nice but that's really unprofessional.-One of the workers seemed out of it or high. Or drunk. We couldn't pin point what it was.-Never EVER in my life was I ever served with dirty sticky cups with ice cream outside of the cups causing my hands to get sticky and dirty before I even left the store. I had to clean the cups myself.-I had to ask for a spoon. I always get a spoon with my ice cream cup....not here. None of our 3 orders got a spoon. When we asked for it, she laughed and said oh that'll help!-Never in my life did a strawberry ice cream from Baskin Robbins ever taste off and old. Like it melted and was refrozen. It didn't have that fresh strawberry flavor. I even told my fa.ily while eating it. "This doesn't taste like their usual strawberry ice cream". Stupid me kept eating it just to finish it.-Never did experience violent diarrhea after having Baskin Robbins. I was sick for almost a week. I was so dehydrated and sick. I wish I listened to my husband and left when he wanted to but I was craving ice cream and insisted we stay and order from that location.It was our first time at that location and our last time, unfortunately. I'm not sure if I want to go to Baskin Robbins after that experience. I guess there's a lot of other ice cream spots in the area.
