Goob food and good service. We love cracker barrel when we travel and when we are home

I really like cracker barrel food very home town cooking friendly. Service is always great

Our food took a very long time to get and was substandard. The biscuits were not edible, extremely hard, the meals came in shifts and missing items. My husbands fries came after we were finished and were a child’s portion of 8 steak Fries. His Chicken was very overly cooked. This Cracker Barrel on Gibsonton is going downhill fast.

The food was barely warm but we were afraid to send it back for fear of what they would do to it. The quality has just gone downhill over the past year & we’re just going to be choosing other places with quality food from now on. 2 star rating.

You did not have fried turkey on thanksgiving day. I was disappointed

Terrible customer service from management team. Our party of 7 waited for over 30 minutes for a table. When it was time to be seated, my 7 year old nephew and his mother were in the restroom and my father’s wife was in line in the country store (for over 10 minutes). They refused to seat us. I made clear to the manager that our entire party had been here since the beginning and they were simply in the restroom and pointed to the line in the country store. She wasn’t apologetic and in fact was very confrontational when said how ridiculous it was that we wouldn’t be seated. She simply blamed it on policy. I have never been to ANY restaurant where they wouldn’t seat a party because someone was using the restrooms.

Biscuits were overcooked and hashbrown casserole was too crunchy. The location is Bradenton has better cooks. The Mac and cheese was good.

Vegetarian options: Here is a vegetable plate for dinner with choice of sides and they have non meat items like pancakes.

Today reminded me of why I stopped going to Cracker Barrel. Food prices increased and food quality went way down. Hard and dry biscuits, the hash brown casserole has no flavor. I asked for a medium well NY strip that was undercooked and tough with absolutely no seasoning. I’ve tried several locations and they are all the same, Gibsonton location included. I will never return.

Prices have gotten higher and food has gotten smaller portions. Everything was hot tasted good The white horse was very friendly but the portions on all their food is getting smaller

The food and service were awesome. However, it's so cold in the restaurant even wearing a jacket doesn't help. I asked to have the air adjusted but was told they have to keep it cold because the servers were getting sick when it's warmer. It was rediculous!

My daughters took me to your restaurant for the first time. I liked your establishment very much. One of my favorites meals is Meatloaf which is offered with 2 side orders. I selected mashed potatoes and salad at an extra cost. After seeing the size of the mashed potatoes side order (slighty larger than a half dollar coin), I know now, for another opportunity, to order two of the mashed potatoes side orders.... In other words, the size of that mashed potatoes side order, doesn't equate to the old country style restaurant concept.
The meatloaf could have been tastier, it tasted rather plain.
One of my daughters ordered double fried okra and it tasted like it had been sitting under the lights all day.
