The service is always quick and friendly, the food is delicious and served hot, prices are great too.

Grew up eating Cracker Barrel but this was by far the worst experience ever at a Cracker Barrel. Took the waitress 15 minutes to greet us. She kept forgetting things every time she came to the table. We have a toddler so that wasn’t fun. She forgot straws, apple juice, I never got a refill. I had no dipping sauce for my chicken and waited a solid 20 minutes to get it along with gravy for my biscuits. She took so long with everything that we ran over my daughter’s nap by 35 minutes and it was a full tantrum meltdown by the time we left. Her name was Zeno? Won’t return.

Yesterday I ordered what I always order the platter with chicken and dumplings, meatloaf, and fried chicken with two sides, pinto beans and carrots. The carrots were very good. However meatloaf was lukewarm warm and not very tasty! Dumplings needed more chicken and seasoning. The fried chicken was really good and hot. My husband wanted to order the fried chicken meal but it wasn’t available until Saturday! We don’t know why the change in menu but we didn’t care for it and probably won’t be back for awhile! Our waitress was good and also the cashier who checked us out!

Amazing experience at Cracker Barrel enjoying the Cheese Bites and the BBQ Bacon Smokestack. Service is top-notch. Food is delicious. And the environment feels nice and satisfying.
