worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s like this employee WANTED to make me feel bad. I asked him if the flavors had dairy because I heard SOME of them do—I don’t like my drinks super milky and sweet, sue me. All I was doing is trying to avoid a stomach ache but he seemed VERY bothered by my question. Didn’t realize asking an employee about the items on their menu would warrant such an attitude. Anyway, I ordered and he said “hang on” then when he came back he said “so you want hot or cold coffee” I said “no I said I wanted cold brew” no attitude just pure confusion because…was he not present during that entire conversation? I reordered and all he said was “pull up”. When I paid he didn’t say a word to me, took my payment, then said “I need u to pull up” proceeded to give the car behind me their drinks while I waited in front of them for ….a single cold brew…. Anyway, after sitting there for about 5 mins wondering what the heck I did to make him so angry and realizing I should’ve just driven off from the jump, he comes out, rbf, cold brew in hand, hands it to me, and says absolutely nothing…NOTHING. I worked in the restaurant industry so I never understood why employees feel the need to make the customers miserable when all they’re doing is ordering food. If I was a Karen then ya sure, I hate Karen’s and I used to deal with them all the time. I get it. But My friend was with me & even pointed out how rude he was for NO reason. Like this boy was miserable and wanted to make sure I suffered along with him. I told my friend at this point I don’t even want the drink 1. What if this guy spat in it?? 2. He was so rude that I was pissed at myself for giving this location my money despite the horrendous customer service. So sorry for having a question about the items on your menu! I’ll make sure to never ask a question about a menu item ever again since it is obviously a trigger! In conclusion, don’t go here unless you wanna feel absolutely horrible about yourself. Sat in drivethrough for a half hour for toast and a coffee. They made sure they got my money and told me to pull around so I couldn't just leave. Will NEVER be back to this location.

They used to be my favorite & about a week ago they’ve been getting my order wrong every time I get there’s new people but I feel like I’m getting inconsistent coffees all the time now.

Raven is the best night crew leader. She is customer service oriented and professional. Hard help is hard to find you should give her a raise so you don’t lose her.

BAD OWNER = BAD BUSINESS
I went today to get $60 in gift cards for 3 teachers I work with; It was an end of year gift. I was told "No, that is not allowed because of theft and the amount is to high. The limit is $30 a day per customer." I have been to other locations and this was not an issue... So, I say I have $40 in cash. Can I do $40 in cash and $20 on my DEBIT card. She walks away and speaks to who I believe is the owner. She comes back and says, "I'm really sorry, but I cannot do that." After some talking, she says this location is privately owned so they can make their own policies. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! There are too many GOOD DUNKIN' close by!

All employees refuse to serve me inside because they had a line out on the drivethru.
I don’t really ever go to Dunkin’s because of their bad service. And today I wanted to give it a try and this is by far the worse of them all.
All employees were ignoring me and they saw me waiting for at least 10 mins. For just one guest.

Was very disappointed that this Dunkin does not do the refills for the wicked large cups that we bought. The young lady at the counter was very polite and courteous. But the manager on duty was rude. I will find a Dunkin that will do the refills.
