Not the worst food or coffee most of the time ..but I used to go here everyday for a couple of years until I got a few too many very bad coffees worst part is I order it plain and black and they screw it up !! at times it taste like they run more then one cycle of coffee through the same coffee grounds ,nothing like some very weak coffee for 3$ a cup

Tina the red hair always takes care of me. Her attitude is different from some of the other staff members. She is always friendly and considerate and very passionate with the guest. She always goes out of the way to make up when the store is out of something. It's hard to find people that do that anymore these days.

This is the fastest, most organized Dunkin I’ve been too. These employees ALWAYS get my drink right and their service is great. It’s definitely my go-to stop when I need a pick me up.

The only reason I come to this Dunkin’ is because it’s convenient. They never give or ask if you want a receipt. The wait is very long no matter what time of day. They never give extra ice. I did not ask for sugar in my coffee. The sticker read it had 3 sugars. The employee went in the back and I know for sure that she just took the sticker off and waited before she gave it back to me, because it had the same exact color as it did before. The owner and management does not care about customer service or quality at all.

I’ve been going to this place a little over three years now, sometimes they get it right sometimes they don’t. I really do like it but lately this Dunkin ONLY loves to put Caramel for what I ordered instead of Mocha. Then, when I asked them to remake it, they get frustrated at me. I never order caramel and they know my face there. But now officially, I need to move onto another Dunkin’ because of my complaints when they mess up my drink. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but now I might pay for their overpriced coffee.

I have tried to give this location several chances. It improves temporarily and then goes back to long wait times and incorrect orders. I went in to the store this morning to pickup my mobile order and stood there for several minutes. The manager walked by without even acknowledging me. A simple "Someone will be right with you" would have been acceptable. After he walked by me a second time with no acknowledgment, I loudly said "Excuse me" (which I had to say twice) and asked for my mobile order that had been sitting on the shelf. He huffily grabbed it and put it on the counter and looked at me like I was an inconvenience for even being in the store. I understand they are busy in the mornings. Many of us are on our way to work and don't have the time to wait in a store or drive thru for over 10 minutes.

This gotta be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts Ive ever been to anyway. I totally understand why people are Karen’s in situations like this anyway. I went there in the morning to get a chi latte and got a cup of milk with ice. I had to stop turn around and get something else cause a cup of milk is crazy and got a cold brew coffee that tasted like water. The only good thing are workers who were very nice. But the manager is just letting anything go out the window

Place has different management yet he's worst than the other management they've had here...he's very rude at the drive thru and watched him make my latte to basically give me a cup of espresso with hardly any sugar and flavor like I asked so got a bit of rude temperament to him when asked for more sugar and flavor just to be handed the same cup with still any flavor and burnt tasting espresso with barely any milk when i opened the cup it was pure black with a tint of pumpkin on the sides of cup no foam or hardly any milk .... he needs to be trained on drinks and definitely needs a way better approach to customers . Will not be back here !

The new girl working the drive thru today has a bad attitude. If you’re miserable stay home customers don’t need your attitude.
