I guess I’m no longer ever using Duncan’s. They just asked me for a tip… in the drive-through.
can't pick up the phone when called, forgot cream cheese on my bagel when it says bagel w/ cc on it in bold letters, about a month ago forgot 2/5 items from my order. i have been coming here since i was a kid, but with staff coming and going there clearly isn't a good training protocol.

We go to this dunkin all the time, the lady there is so sweet. I think her name is Brason or Grayson. My little one was sick one day, I order my drink over the app it was about 7 pm Saturday. We ask for a donut, she didn’t even charge us for it. So sweet

Would not recommend this DD. I have gone several times because they are close but they spent 20 minutes getting me the wrong order, telling me to pull around and come in bc they messed up and then acted like it was a huge inconvenience for them. They continue to forget items or mess them up. With a new DD being built .... GO THERE. This one is too messed up with no correction in sight.
I came thru the drive thru very early in the morning and a specific girl at the drive thru could really use some customer service training. She was not very nice and my order was incorrect for one drink. When I came back in for a refund the girl on the inside was very sweet and understanding 10/10 for her. - at the store 10/25/2025

Takes a while to get anything in this place, dont go if your in a hurry.
Went through the drive thru, and the girl taking my order audibly SIGHS while speaking to me. As if she was annoyed with her job or that I was ordering. I pull up to the window and knew it was her, she seemed to have less of an attitude when speaking face to face but overall just bad customer service. I called to let a manager know about the service and all I got was an “I’m sorry about that”. It would’ve been nice for the manager to ask what the actual situation was or offered an action step and tell me she would at least speak with the employee. (I also suspect the “manager” who picked up the phone was the girl who took my order). So not impressed.

BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I wish I could’ve gave you no star. If you purchase a drink and you do not want any ice in your drink they will charge you extra money. Sara that works there said this is a rule that this Dunkin’ owner made up. WELL YOU LOST MY BUSINESS.
This place is honestly a hit or miss with this dunkin 🤷♀️
