Besides the great food the customer service here is always great. It can get busy but the employees are always working to keep things moving. Nari was a great help to us tonight- she brought us refills and checked on us frequently. This is a great place to bring kids.

I won the raffle, superbly wonderful staff, amazing management and just wonderful overall every time I come in for lunch. The young lady working the front today was extremely kind and helpful. 10/10

Potato skin was a bit dry and hard,it was also missing the mac-n-cheese topping on it. So for my first order from this 'Deli' Im a tad disappointed. Everything did taste great though,esp their redbeans&rice.
i know theyre busy,but they need better checking of orders before handing off to customers.

Literally standing waiting for mobile order for 10 minutes and no one has said a word to me or acknowledged me. 3 employees made eye contact but no one said hello or asked if I was waiting on anything and they were not busy helping other customers.
Finally I waved someone down and My order was ready the whole time just sitting there getting cold.
When my wife and I bit into our sandwiches, the toothpicks were shoved all the way into the sandwich and we had no idea. I hurt my tooth biting into it. Someone could get stabbed in the mouth. This is careless. So much money for a sandwich. Fresh ingredients are great, however when your team doesn’t know how to package and plate food and doesn’t have the expectation to greet customers who are waiting, this is what you can expect.

First and last time going to this place one of my sandwiches literally looked like someone just threw a sandwich together and for $42 I would have expected it to be put together a little better than what I received and the strawberry lemonade didn’t even look like that

They missed a lot of items from my delivery order so I had to drive there and they remade everything for me! The employees were a little over the top personality wise but not to bad - overall 4/5

What started out as not so great, turned out to be exceptional service. Thanks to great management and great customer service. Thank you, Wendy for being a top-notch Manager. It's because of people like you that makes returning to your establishment a pleasure. Thanks again.

Waited two hours for my food, they had an extremely busy night and clearly understaffed for the amount of customers and traffic they had. I have sympathy and understanding for the fact they had a horrible rush however there was not enough efficiency going on and everything moved extremely slow. Their app had service issues and the order I made somehow wasn’t being processed but showed in their system. By the time I went to the window for pick up is when I was made aware which sucked because I had just waited over 45 minutes in line to get to the window due to how busy and overworked everyone was along with not being able to keep up with orders. The gentleman that helped had asked me to pull back around in the line and by the time I got back to the window my food “should be done” mind you no one was aware of the line wrapped around the building due to the intense rush. The line ended up being an additional hour. By that point I went inside to wait another 30 minutes to get to the counter to pick up food that was extremely cold and soggy and not worth the wait for fresh food after 2 hours. I asked the manager for a refund at that point and told her why I was asking and made her aware of how poorly everything was being ran due to the rush. She wrote a note on my receipt and had told the girl at the counter to put it somewhere safe for her so she could process the refund that night due to the fact she’d be staying back late. This was a week ago now and I have yet to see a refund. My issue with this situation is how overworked everyone was knowing they had a promotion going on and not effectively planning and how much of a nightmare and inconvenience it was for most guest some of which I spoke to whom just flat out left the line, but mainly for the service after the fact when trying to be reassured I’d receive a refund for food that wasn’t even close to mediocre due to it sitting for so long and horrific wait times. In sure on another occasion this might have been pleasant but not being followed up with after my request is why I wouldn’t give the place a second chance.

The staff at this location are phenomenal. So sweet, patient and attentive. They handled a big crowd with such grace. This was my first time at this restaurant and the customer service will make me come back again for sure
