McAlister’s does not care about the loyal customers who have been around for years. They wouldn’t give a tumbler refill today. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15+ years but not anymore.

We came here a month ago a couple times with our tumblers and got our refills.. a second ago, a lady says they changed the $.99 refill since February and says they have to charge $3-$4 for each drink, from the owner - no tumbler refills

I always love the food here! However, the past couple times I've gone in, they've taken away the tableside ordering method which severely slows down the ordering process since they usually only have one person at the register. When I ask about it, nobody seems to have an answer as to why they've gotten rid of it. Good food, just could be more efficient.
First time ordering for the family today. We all got various sandwiches. We also got soups for 2 sides and potato salad for the other 2 sides. Finally I ordered a bowl of chili. All in all everything was delicious, they have a drive thru window you can use to pick up your orders. I was greeted quickly by a friendly young lady and had my food and on my way in a matter of 2 minutes, which was pretty impressive with it being a big order. I'll be visiting this location again!

I’m a creature of habit. I always get the 1/2 lemonade-1/2 unsweetened iced tea and the pick two with the chicken harvest sandwich and 1/2 veggie potato. So good. I hear other things are good on the menu but I can only attest to what I get. If you go, save some for the rest of us.
