Ordered and paid at the table. Works very well. Sandwiches and sides were tasty and of a very good quality. All in all the experience at this McAllisters was a decent value, IMHO. We love coming here, they have really good sandwiches. A pretty good pit stop before going to watch a movie at the nearby AMC. Got the Black Angus club this time, it was awesome.

We travel from Sun City Center to the Gibsonton location. I can definitely say that we have never had a bad experience and the customer service is always top-notch. Demia, apologies for misspelling her name, is fantastic. She always has excellent customer service and ensures that we are knowledgeable of the items that we are choosing definitely deserves all of the kudos. Overall, it is always a positive atmosphere

Phenomenal food, amazing service. Naomi was absolutely wonderful. This place gets 11/10. I tried the McAlister’s club, Mac n cheese and cherry lemonade and it was chefs kiss. They have free refills, the food was so fresh. I highly recommend. :) good prices as well.

The manager Shaquisha, Samisha or something like that was very UNPROFESSIONAL! We had a party of 8 from our company and asked her for assistance, she blw us off 3 time's before I asked for the GM. She refused to let us speak to him or her. The language she used at our table would have made anyone leave. We come quite often and never experienced anything like this. Our company's president knows the owner and we will let him know. We will never come to this location again, and by the way it was recorded. I really think it should be on YouTube for all to see! Just rude, nasty, disrespectful and loud for no reason.

Had the Memphian and Steamed Broccoli. I loved it. I especially like the surprise pickle rolled up with my sandwich :). Service was exceptional; I was greeted as I walked in the door. I was welcomed and did not feel rushed. Everyone was pleasant. Would definitely come back. Thank you!
