This location is consistently slow and disappointing. I watched a front-end employee take an already prepared Big Mac and simply remove the pickles to fulfill a “customized” order. On top of that, the “fresh out of the oven” cookies were clearly just microwaved.
I worked at McDonald’s in the early 2000s, and the difference in standards is obvious. Quality, care, and value have all declined significantly. Convenience alone isn’t enough to justify coming here anymore, especially at this location.

I've been to this mcdonald's a few times for breakfast.Hotcakes are always hard or burnt.Looking coffee never taste how you order it to be.Sometimes the drive through staff can be rude when you ask them for condiments.But now, with the mcdonald's monopolies sweepstates, I ordered a large coffee.This morning with an egg mcmuffin and I didn't get my mcdonald's piece for my large coffee that it advertised in the menu.I also noticed that certain mcdonald's, you can order the same thing.At one and get the mcdonald pieces and the same thing.You order in the other you don't get the monopoly pieces which I think that's a big rip off

Dirty, Rude, Just SMH…. I try to never go to this location because the manager is rude and nothing different about tonight. I tried to order from my app but it kept giving me an error message so I tried to get some assistance from the counter. The RUDE manager, as usual, ignored me for about 30 seconds, then said I’ll be right with you. Then she proceeds to start making coffee and food for EMPLOYEES while I’m standing there. I stand there for another 3 MINUTES and another employee comes to the register so I said ok she is coming to help me.. NOPE! She starts taking to her friend BEHIND ME like I’m not even standing there. I was flabbergasted! You had to be there, it was like the twilight zone! After 5 minutes of standing there (only because my kids were hungry) I LEFT to sit in the parking lot to write this review! DISGUSTING!

I placed my order 30 minutes in advance because I had a big order after I picked it up not only did they forget a whole meal plus a few other things when I got home and bit into one of the burgers it is still pink so now this is going to make the third time of me having to go to their store because no one will answer the phone there either this is such poor service

The manager made my ice cream before any of my other food was ready gave me cold french fries. My ice cream was melting while I was waiting for the rest of my food and she said that it didn’t matter because she just made them. They were very rude. The food was nasty and cold, pure ridiculousness I would rather drive an hour to a different McDonald’s before eating here ever again

The amount of times I would use this McDonald's and it ends up taking 30+ minutes just to receive my order DESPITE there only being 1-2 customers ahead of me, just to have my order done incorrectly is ridiculous. Take forever just to place a mobile order, takes forever placing an order from the register. It's ridiculous.
