Almost EVERY time I use the drive thru at this specific location and don't have a passenger to check the food, the order is missing something! They missed again today! To top it off, they must have their phone off of the hook and I can't get a hold of anyone. I HATE going here but, I have a son who just can't get enough of their food so, I try to get him what he enjoys. Do yourself a favor and go accross the street to Burger King!

Stopped in 3 times and every time was a struggle to get the correct order. Cashiers were grumpy. Not a pleasant experience. Expensive.
This is the worst Mcdonalds location to pick up from if you do food delivery service i.e. Doordash. This is the only location that does not start the customers order until you arrive for pickup and several times after i have let them know what order I am picking up, they still take a while before they start it. This morning at 9:20am I let the cashier know what order I was picking up, she picked up the order receipt off the machine where they tape the doordash orders, as if she was about to start preparing it and then proceeded to tape it back on the machine. I stood and waited for 10minutes with no one preparing the order and no explanation, unfortunately I had to cancel my pickup for their customer and walk out. This has happened one too many times.

I have been to this location many times since it opened. The food is always up to McDonald's norm for quality. It comes out hot which I really enjoy (nothing more disappointing than less that hot fries and burgers or cold breakfast sandwich). The restaurant is generally clean, but they are challenged by the number of kids that pass through after school releases each day. The staff is very friendly and Austin works hard to maintain a high service standard and clean restaurant.Parking: New, clean parking lot.
