my comment is this... how are you going to upcharge for something and still not recieve it. normally the tea is warm and for the ice that they put in the cup it's usually melted before the second window. I asked for EXTRA ice . Thought it was free. NOPE it's .20c . ok no big deal until you get your drink and it's missing the extra ice I paid for. It's not about the price it's the SERVICE !!!!

I have become extremely unhappy with the atrocious inaccuracy of orders. This is particularly annoying as I am ordering through the app so there is no excuse for misunderstanding what is being ordered. Triple infuriating is these are drive-thru orders so you don't discover the error until you get back to work or home. Finally, when reporting these errors you are never compensated for the loss. Frankly, the complaint is not even acknowledged. You order a Double Filet-O-Fish, get charged for a Double Filet-O-Fish, but discover a regular Filet-O-Fish in the bag. Order a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe only to discover a regular QP instead. GET IT TOGETHER McDONALD'S! Your staff is earning $15 / hour or more to flip burgers. They need to do better!

McDonald’s sells toxic food, and not only that, they support the biggest mob boss in American history and funded him with millions of dollars. McDonald’s also overworks and underpays their employees which is so gross. I will go out of my way to never patronize McDonald’s again. I want to encourage everyone to follow my lead.

Went to get McRib. Here in NJ they are almost $7 ! I have a pic of it, this pic will show how totally disappointed I am. Aside from its small size, less than 6 inches. There was hardly any sauce and the onions were clumped on the one side! So not worth it anymore. You want people to come back, this is not the way to do it!

Restaurant is infested with rats. Customer service is abysmal. Despite poverty wages that could never cover healthcare costs, insured or not, several employees prefer to lick the boot that holds them down and attempt to sell out one of their few defenders.

Icard NC McDonald's They had trouble keying in what I wanted (simple order). Shorted my change back, then could not get into drawer to give me the rest. Then forgot to give me my small coffee/looked at me weird when I asked for it. I check food before leaving/has wrong things in bag. I go inside/then the lady hands bag to another lady .. (I looked at floor and milk and napkins all over it/safety hazard for employees) This lady/maybe manager/asked what is wrong.. Well I ordered Sausage and egg and a jelly biscuit with small black coffee. This lady said 'But you told us to switch coffee for oatmeal' UH NO I did not as I did not even know you had oatmeal. She looks at me as if I am lying. I'm 68 years old. I want food.. and am too old to lie about it... I told her 'KEEP IT-you eat it' walked out. Thought at least I have coffee. UH no, they put coffee with creamer and caramel in it. NOT black. And I refuse to drink when milk makes me sick. So, I call -apologize for my attitude and ask if I can explain why I was so mad. Sure she says... I proceed to tell her the 5 problems with my simple order... She said 'uh, ok, I am sorry you had a problem' and then HANGS UP on me, not even offering to make it right. $8 spent on NO FOOD OR DRINK. Get it together McDonald's.... ps... never once cussed/raised my voice/but you could tell I was mad by my look...

Dirty restaurant decided to go through the drive through. Ordered Apple pies at 12:20 pm and got “best by 11:40 am” pies. Requested they replace the pies with safely servable food and they peeled the stickers off of other extremely dilapidated pies and handed them out
Store serves food that is far beyond its life; and does it on purpose. Store is unclean Employees unprofessional. Toilet out of order and absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper laying on the ground and not properly hung Plumbing/bathroom filthy and not working Whole store in horrific disorder at its deepest roots. Hope the owners get management that knows what they’re doing and finally maybe make money with this place.

They forget a lot about the clients in the dine in and give a lot of priority to drive thru. It's like the clients don't exist at all. They can be looking at you in the eye and totally ignore dine in people . There's no organization at all. And they yelled to each other like some kind of ghetto place.

I asked for a Mc Chicken well done and they gave it to me cold…. I then asked for it to be well done again the employee went and warmed it up in the microwave and gave me a soggy sandwich. They always throw the bags into you car at the windows they have no patience and are very rude.
