This is my favorite food truck by far. Their birrias and horchata is heaven-sent. And they never have a problem with me ordering an extra birria taco or adding more cilantro & onion to my order. The food always tastes delicious. I highly recommend you stop by.Oh! And their quesadillas be STACK'D!

Everything is great. The food is spectacular. Everything is very clean and I enjoy eating here.They left Symmes almost a month ago, and it took me almost an hour to locate them. They are in Gibsonton and I am happy, they are closer to my house.I already ate and I'm happy ?.

These are THE BEST tacos around Tampa area! (I have tried several food trucks around the city, I am a tacoholic lol so trust me!) My favorites are asada and al pastor with their delicious home made Salsa Verde (the best salsa Verde I have ever tried!) Salsa Roja is also really good! The seasoning of the meat is just perfect every time! 10 stars food truck! BTW my son is the most picky eater (only eats nuggets, pizza and French fries) and ever since he tried al pastor tacos, he keeps asking to eat tacos from Rositas!
Those bad comments that are being made are only one person and we invite all clients to see if what you are saying is true and that is the owner where the girls are renting the Oaxacan corner because they want to get them out and they are no longer able to do it. and he makes his employees give bad comments just to make themselves look good and may God bless them bad people and Badly spoken people without respect ignorant mediocre people who have what they have but how do they see that others are improving themselves more than them and that is what they bother them ????

And I have a great friend who I never forget because she told me sisters, there are people who eat devil from Monday to Friday and on Sundays they shit. God, it is a tremendous shame that they try to destroy a business with such a reputation and God punishes those who slander. Keep doing harm because you want to please your bosses.
