I noticed the chicken fingers are Def smaller than they used to be..
I received my DoorDash order. She did just fine delivering the food and drinks. However! You guys didn’t provide straws or the extra sauces I paid for in the bag. Please figure this out.
Food taste like bad grease was used to make it. I am to far away to return it now. This is so frustrating that this Zaxbys' Food quality and flavor is so inconsistent.

Just went inside of here and we decided to leave me and my family. This place was really dirty. The restrooms were so dirty and awful and in the food preparation there was this girl touching all of her hair on top of the food. It was just disgusting. I do not recommend this place. No hairnets. Her hair was long with dreads. She was just touching it all the time just pulling it out.

The atmosphere is OK place is fairly clean. Staff is nice from what I experienced. The food is all right (as to be expected). If just looking for some place to get some chicken and this happens to be the closest place to you then I’d say go for it.

Every time I come to this particular Zaxby’s I get boneless wings and I have been here to this location probably 20+ times and every time they are small and mostly breading and really chewy. Please do better because I love Zaxby’s.
