I just left Mc Donalds on collier blvd golden gate naples fl at 11:41am walked into the restroom . Where first of all restroom in ladies were disgusting full of fecal everywhere on toilet seats and baby changer . . Ordered my food on the kiosk when i finished number 45 was my order to be precise . I waited kindly for my order . It was ready however the ladies from the kitchen never gave me my cup for my drink . I patiently waited there was no one up front so there were two ladies in the kitchen who i asked about my drink they told me I can take it myself and as I was going to attempt to take it the manager in a nasty attitude unprofessional way yelled at me for doing so in front of the employees and customers. Then she told the employees to stop being nosey in Spanish which i speak fluently as well. I don't recall the managers name but her description is white colored skin hispanic possibly Mexican by her accent freckles on her face piercing on her nose dark black hair. I was barely even able to eat my food I was so upset . My stomach hurts . I cant even digest my food due to how upset I am I will no longer eat in a place like this with poor hygiene , poor customer service where I was humiliated and embarrassed over a drink that I paid for and was not given to me at the time needed. Mc Donalds is supposed to be a happy place to eat . Clearly it was NOT!

There was a dead fly in my fries and when I went to get a refund the manager was very rude and unprofessional and would not offer a refund and never even apologized. After I had given the tray to the employee the manager came out a few mins later and rolled her eyes as she was walking up to me and asked what was wrong in a rude way as if she doesn’t see anything wrong with there being a dead fly in my fries.

Clean, but the service and food were awful. Waited too long to order and when we received our food it was so cold...barely edible and left a bad taste in out mouth (old grease?). We were hungry and in a hurry so bringing back the food was not an option. And to add... the service was not good ao.getting any kind of redund would have probably been hard.

Terrible McDonald’s. They need new management these people are miserable the fries are stale, chicken nuggets are cold they like to play on the order speaker. They need to fire everyone here this place is a complete joke

I have visited this location on five different occasions and each occasion has been a negative impact. People laughing loud, very unprofessional, and they don’t attend to the customers. This evening we went to McDonald, because we live near it, and they were talking and laughing out loud and they gave us the wrong order. They forgot to put an item that we paid for and they overcharged us with an item we did not order. The customer that was in front of us was asking for assistant because they forgot to give him his fries and he kept on asking for help and all you can hear in the background is laughter and lots of talking. Because I live close to this McDonald’s, I’ve gone there for over 15 years off and on and by far this has been the worst McDonald’s and It’s not getting any better. Management should look into this location.

I went there at 4am 06/22/25 to buy a medium caramel frappe that is $4.59 and with tax its $4.87, the guy working charged me $5.50 and had a very grumpy attitude.

Easy to use self-order panels, newer design, nice service, and great indoor place area!
We just took our grandkids to this McDonalds. There were plenty of staff there BUT they were standing in 2 groups chatting. Apparently no contact means absolutely NO CONTACT.
The food was haphazardly put together. No photos of that.
The must disturbing thing was the condition of the eating area. I needed to clean a table for us. There wasn't a single clean table!

Let me tell you I came at 9 o’clock at night. The Dreadhead guy with the glasses is so sweet. He has great customer service skills. And the girl at the front window was so nice as well. The food was great and hot thank you guys. It was great. This is a great location.

Every time I go here there are missing items in our order and the fries are crappy and limp.
I made the mistake of asking the girl for fresher fries she twisted up her face and yelled UGH THEY ARE FRESH. (They were limp and room temperature)
Awful place. The inside is FILTHY tables are sticky as well.
