We just took our grandkids to this McDonalds. There were plenty of staff there BUT they were standing in 2 groups chatting. Apparently no contact means absolutely NO CONTACT.
The food was haphazardly put together. No photos of that.
The must disturbing thing was the condition of the eating area. I needed to clean a table for us. There wasn't a single clean table!
I have photos if the owner or management might be interested.

Staff was friendly when I had a problem with the app, but they forgot the sauce and the ketchup for the chicken nuggets, again, my daughter is crying.

Let me tell you I came at 9 o’clock at night. The Dreadhead guy with the glasses is so sweet. He has great customer service skills. And the girl at the front window was so nice as well. The food was great and hot thank you guys. It was great. This is a great location.

Every time I go here there are missing items in our order and the fries are crappy and limp.
I made the mistake of asking the girl for fresher fries she twisted up her face and yelled UGH THEY ARE FRESH. (They were limp and room temperature)
Awful place. The inside is FILTHY tables are sticky as well.

Ugh, what a truly awful experience at the McDonald's on 12055 Collier Blvd in Golden Gate, FL! After a long and tiring day, my family and I, including my two very hungry kids, decided to stop in for a quick bite. We ordered at around 9:52 PM, hoping for a little convenience. Instead, we were left waiting an absurd amount of time – we didn't receive our order until 10:12 PM! Twenty minutes is an eternity when you have two restless children fussing, and what was particularly infuriating was how the staff seemed completely focused on the constantly moving drive-thru line, completely disregarding those of us who had actually come inside. When I finally received our food and tried to address the lengthy wait and the upset kids with the workers, their responses were shockingly rude and dismissive. It was as if we were an inconvenience just for being there. And the food itself? A complete joke. My fries were barely cooked, pale, and utterly devoid of salt. Honestly, they were inedible. It was crystal clear that the drive-thru was their sole concern, leaving those of us who bothered to come inside feeling completely ignored and served substandard food as an afterthought. This McDonald's utterly failed to provide a quick and easy meal and instead delivered a stressful and disgusting experience. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

Y'all need to train y'all employees to provide better customer service because ain't no way all yall employees bout disrespectful asl. its really a few individuals with Good human qualities! If they can’t work with respect don’t give them no dang on hours SIMPLE AS THAT! employees can’t answer simple questions? always irritated? like come on now do better. If you know ur gonna have an ATTITUDE, DON’T COME TO WORK! without customers money, employees quite literally don’t get paid. The food ain’t even a problem it’s just these young workers. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE!!!!

Worthless late night. 3rd time ive went i. After work; how they manage to mess up a plain cheeseburger is beyond me..then she screws my order up and beats me getting mad about it. Cool; ill never darken the door of this place again.

I was there early am, approx 6 am. Hashbrowns were cold, egg McMuffin was marginal. I expected fresh for so early in the morning. A waste of money and calories.
