The place is so dirty and disgusting, there is not service to the table, they will call your number as a delivery order. Meant to be a great McDonalds on the structure but it is so unclean that becomes uncomfortable.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Customer service is bad asf employees are always wasting time, talking on the phone instead of doing their job and when they do they’re not nice it’s always with an attitude. Whenever I make a mobile order there is always something missing and they never give napkins or ketchup unless you ask for it. This place is always nasty, they never clean.If you go inside you have to wait more than 20 minutes for somebody to come out and take your order.

My friend & I go their every day for ice coffee, Carmel Frataa & hamburgers sometimes too, & only a few of the regulars are awesome & the rest are horribly rude! ( One man in particular!) This rating was bc of the partial man that used to work the drive thru,, besides him everyone else was great,, that particular guy kept our change over & over!( Don't think he's working anymore!:)

Terrible service, lack of education and bad customer service, now September 27, 2024 at 12:25 AM more or less, a lot of wind due to Cyclone Helene, it seems that they had bad communication and it couldn't be heard well. I went to the window and the boy With very bad manners and lack of customer service, he said several rude words and knocked out the window. If they are going to work with the public, they have to have better empathy, and very bad service.

Terrible. They don't pay attention to your orders and to make matters worse they get upset and treat you badly. I don't plan to go there anymore. It's a shame that no one does anything with this bad service they are providing.
I had a order pallet, but I had to pick up my order at the desk. I ordered this limited edition sauce and it came out gooey. My fries are cold and not salty. The workers are screaming every time it gives me anxiety. I was missing certain items I ordered such as such as cups and fries. Completely unacceptable.

Thanks guys for my cold disgusting food this evening. Quarter pounder with NO MUSTARD, MAYO OR ONIONS doesn't mean just scrape it off an already made stale sandwich that tasted like it had been sitting there for a few hours. Cold fries, cold nuggets, absolutely no bbq packets. If I wasn't sick af, I would've brought it right back and demanded a refund. What is wrong with you people "working" in fast food around here?? You don't even deserve to make over $5 per hour because of the horrible service on all accounts you provide. I hope you're all somehow replaced by technology made to take our orders, money, make the food and dispense it by itself with maybe one person on duty to see no machines malfunction because the incompetence in your locations is far beyond UNACCEPTABLE. I do not recommend anything here or to even waste your time or money coming here.
