There is a reason that there is never anybody in this Chipotle and all the others in the area are busy. Don’t waste your time and money, go elsewhere.

They had the absolute galling audacity to claim that my meal wasn't charged on my debit card but I immediately checked my bank account and sure enough my meal WAS CHARGED and yet they STILL TRIED TO CLAIM that I wasn't charged. Won't EVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN!

Not the same anymore, been coming here since they opened. Won’t be back

Is it just me or is the pricing out of control. I spent 20 on one bowl and chips n cheese.

Portions and service are starting to decline ……

Have been coming here since their first week opening they have (for the most part) always been good. Recently they staff on the back side are less friendly and personably and more “I hate this job what beans do you want” in their face. I got an order today and between the 2 people making the 2 bowls and asking questions separate to me. Someone put hot sauce on my wife’s bowls , I didn’t catch it. This isn’t a big issue normally except she has a severe stomach issue and can’t eat anything hotter than a bell pepper. Now she’s trying to stomach through the other bowl which has nothing she likes.

This isn’t just the only issue, portions have been getting anemically small and is coming down to me asking for double rice beans and meat cheese AND lettuce just to get to how they used to make them…..

The 2 people making 2 bowls asking questions at the same time , knowing their attitude sucks and they aren’t fully listening . Messed this dinner up.

Probably going to start going back to the location by the intracoastal again for a while till stuff cycles out.

Just received a bowl with a bug and plastic in it!!! I am horrified. Never coming here again. Please stay away from this location. Reporting them to board of health

The team members always have an attitude when I come in, rushing me through the bowls, and seem to act like were bothering them while these is no line. 0/10

They close 10pm when google maps says 11PM.

The portions at this location are super skimpy... barely half a spoonful of meat in the burrito. I've loved chipotle for years but the increase in price for less portions has got me choosing other options instead. Very disappointing.

The size of the portions are the smallest ever. They keep getting small by the day which is why I am not coming back to this location or any chipotle location.
