I've been online trying to figure out why I never get the chips and queso I earned in reward points. There robot got confused and then said I would be directed to a "real" person. Unfortunately that didn't work either. I've tried 3-4 times to use the same points for this, I must be a gluten for being disappointed.please contact me

It's very hit or miss at this location. When I order delivery, it's always a small burrito. When I dine in, my burrito is sometimes small and sometimes bigger than my head. Workers are friendly.

Vegetarian options: Veggie burritos come with guacamole and are always yummy.

I'm a huge Chipolte fan but had stopped going bc lacked flavor. Had previpusly been going Chipolte on Atlantic & Military. Happened b in area of newest Chipolte in strip mall @ Atlantic & Woolbright & fell back in love w the food. Will only go to this location. Fresh & flavorful

Vegetarian options: I get the salad bowel comes w guac & not an add on in other dishes w protein.
