I was here for a DoorDash order and a person didn’t come to the front for 15 minutes. The employees kept looking at me and the others in line and ignoring us. Terrible service, terrible work ethic. I’ve managed kitchens before and I’d be on my way to replacing all of those employees. There is no urgency and no customer service.

Head a long wait for just a hamburger and Big Mac meal. Then my plane burgers were not playing. On the correct Burgers, the bread was crunchy.

it’s McDonald’s what do you expect, you get what you pay for
I’ve worked food service so I kinda understand but it was Sunday at 8pm it shouldn’t be busy. There were 5 cars in line in front of me and 3 behind me and I waited around 20 minutes for a mobile order
average, it’s Christmas time idk the status qo they’re OP gives them at the McDonald’s location but Whataburger and Chick fil a look amazingly decorated

Paid extra to order through the app, because we all know DoorDash tacks on extra fees on every item, plus a delivery fee. My order wasn’t even edible & I’d already taken insulin for the meal. It’s like it was leftover from the day before. Then I had to fight DoorDash to refund & they only gave me back $3.85. So ordering delivery from this store is pointless. I’ve gone in to eat early in the morning & noticed food under tables in the play palace & spilled drink that was stuck to the floor, clearly left dirty from the day before. The drive-thru is touch & go. I’d say it’s a good experience about 70% of the time. If my experience changes, I’ll gladly update this review.
