I kinda understand all the 1 star reviews, but tbh it is what it is. I ordered my mobile order at 10 am even tho break fest ends at 10:30am. I appreciate the effort from management they prioritized my order and went above and beyond. They are human just like we are, and I can't be more grateful for the customer service they provided for me today! I don't gaf about this company, but this crew definitely deserves some recognition!

Of all places! Ridiculously slow and remarkably ignorant service. You go thru a drive thru for something quick to munch on, right? Ok not so right for this location. I’m not sure what was going on but we place a simple order and are sent to the “third window” to wait endlessly while other customers behind us get their orders and move around. While waiting we’re asked at least three times “did you get pancakes, did you get this or that? Finally they bring a tray with several orders and he goes thru them and viola! Our order was there! I guess 15 minutes in a drive thru is a small price to pay for a soggy breakfast. Come on McDonald’s get it together!I recommend nothing from this establishment and I’ll not be stopping at this location in Cantonment ever again.Urban Cowgill April 2024

I just went there to buy a chicken sandwich the new chicken sandwich, bacon chicken, lettuce tomatoes in this new sauce. I get my sandwich and all I have is two tomatoes on it. I pull back around and told the lady you know I wanted the new sandwich I don’t have a problem with paying extra. I want the new sandwich, the manager, some blonde girl is most rudest woman in the world. She comes window ma’am do you want lettuce on there too? I want the new sandwich with everything on it. You don’t know how to make your advertising. You don’t need to be a manager.

Incredibly unprofessional, I guess fast food isn't fast anymore. I don't know what to say everytime I go into a fast food restaurant, everyone either seems like they could care less about the customers and like you are bothering them just to wait on you. IDK maybe it's just the way it is. One person walked out while I was there, one lady came inside and was raising cane to the manager about their order. What a mess.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't take my child there.

This location has really gone down hill the last few years but especially the last few months!!!! Drove up to window to pay for order and male employee was screaming and cussing at other employees. Not very professional. Then food was cold and order was wrong. No shakes, no barbeque sauce. You can do better!!!! Have been going here for 10 years probably won't be going back just getting worse.

They never have ketchup, service is absolutely horrid and the food is rarely edible and the place just sucks. The only reason we keep coming back is because our granddaughter likes to play on the playground. Don't even bother trying to speak to a manager... They don't care and may not even acknowledge your presence!

Terrible place to eat, I will never return here. I ordered the food in the drive thru, paid and moved to the window to pick up food only to have a frie missing. I had ordered 4 meals I looked back on my receipt to make sure and yes I had in fact ordered 4 meals. I tapped on the window and let them know I was missing a fry. I was informed that I didn't pay for four meals only 3 I showed my receipt where it says four meals and was told the 2 cheeseburger meal no longer comes with fries. ? I'm pretty sure "meal" means it comes with a fries. I asked for manager and she to told me that it didn't come with fries and that she needed me to pay for another order for fries when I showed her my receipt where it says 4 meals she again refused to even looked and repeated that if I wanted another one I needed to pay. I got back home and called the store 6 times and no one picked up I will never return. All of my food is cold and drinks are wrong not to mention still missing fries.
We went through the drive through twice and they still got our order wrong. By the time I got home to eat my burger hardly had anything on it and the tea was unsweetened. The workers are teenagers and very lazy.
