Very disappointing location. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. The burgers were cold, so cold that the cheese wasn't even remotely close to melting against the patty. The lettuce had clearly not been even shaken off, but seemed to have been pulled directly out of a bowl of water, that's how wet the bun was. The fries were stale and bland, as if they had been cooked several hours earlier and left to sit under a heatlamp. The chicken strips were equally cold and dry. All in all, very disappointing experience. I wanted to like it because of how friendly the staff was, but poor food can't be offset no matter how polite the staff is.

The breakfast bowl was surprisingly good, and I would get it again. The only thing that was missing was grits. Grits would have bumped it up a notch or two, in my opinion.

The food is SO slow here that you can NOT afford to stop here in the morning. You WILL be late to work after waiting 30 min. Mynavg wait time is 20+ min.
Unacceptable and it would cost my job to come eat here. Obviously this is a problem.

This location typically has great service and the food is good. Been going to this Whataburger for years, and can probably count on one hand, how many times I've gotten cold fries or an inaccurate order.

They have become more sloppy with making their burgers they over put mayonnaise even when you asked for it to be light and easy it's a disappointment when all you have is a mayonnaise hamburger.
I'm not a big fan. To me they put too much mustard on their hamburger so I tried to go without mustard and no matter what, I just did not enjoy it. All in all, I guess they rank with everyone else when it comes to fast food. I just don't eat a lot of fast food so I was a bit disappointed!
