This is a very interesting building, there are 3 restaurants & a bar all seperatly owned. You can sit where you want order from which ever vendor & they bring the food/drinks to you. Had the Gumbo with rice it was excellent, the variety of flavored lemonade is super good. Highly recommend. I'm going back again

I ate at the Tavares location for lunch yesterday and had the chopped pork sandwich with fries and sweet tea. Amazing!! Tonight I got the brisket sandwich with mac and cheese and baked beans… even more amazing!! Best brisket I have ever had! Mac and cheese was amazing!! Sweet tea was amazing also! Highly recommend!!

We were so impressed with the bbq! We had chicken, beef, and pork combo. The meats didn’t even need sauces it was THAT good! The prices were reasonable and the flavors of the meats were fantastic!

This is one of the quaint eateries in downtown Mount Dora. The BBQ was seasoned perfectly and great choice of southern sides. It was a bit crowded inside so we got a bit lucky and found a table outside.
Ordered on Uber eats and the amount of money we paid for the food was not worth what we got. Super small portions and it wasn’t even good.

Oh god, might have just been the worst brisket I’ve ever had at the highest price point to quantity I’ve ever paid.
Brisket should not be served like it just came out of a microwave, the fat had not rendered, and it was actually somehow chewy. I imagine this was leftover and used today. It was dripping with grease, again indicative of a quick zap in a microwave.
For $18, with no sides, my mind should be blown. In this case, I wish I blew my own brains instead of eating this. Would never order again. Staff was nice and location is in a great place next to the brewery.
