Chef Joe cooked a fabulous five course dinner for my families special occasion. Each course was delicious with generous portions at a reasonable price.

Chef was amazing! Brunch for 14 guests and he was flawless! This was for a 28th birthday celebration and it was very rememberable.

We hired Chef Joe to cook for my sister’s bachelorette party and 30th birthday, and the experience exceeded all expectations! Our group of 11 had a few dietary needs (nut-free, gluten-free), and Joe was not only incredibly responsive but also meticulous in ensuring every meal was prepared safely and deliciously.

From the start, he was patient as we finalized the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that elevated our dining experience. The food itself was incredible—both in taste and presentation. Even those who had previously dined with a private chef were impressed by the extra touches, like warm towels and a palate cleanser, which made the evening feel even more special. He is very gifted at what he does and we were grateful to have been able to have him cook for us!

Kimberly, his assistant, was equally fantastic—attentive, professional, patient, personable, and always anticipating our needs.

When they were done they left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

If you're looking for a private chef in the Orlando area, I can’t recommend Chef Joe highly enough. They truly made our celebration unforgettable! It was the perfect end to a wonderful long weekend celebration. Thank you!!!

What a FANTASTIC experience. If you are looking for a private dining or catering experience you don’t need to look any further. Joe and Kim planned the perfect night for my friends and I…and executed it flawlessly. Not only are they really cool people…they’re exceptionally talented. I can’t wait to plan my next event with them.

What was supposed to be a family dinner for 6 people to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday turned into an intimate dinner for 2 instead and Chef Joe was soooo accommodating when I had to change the amount of people! He worked with me to even change the menu! Four hours before he was supposed to come to our vacation villa in Disneyworld, I had to change the time and he was so nice about it! He showed up exactly on time, got right to work and made us feel like old friends that was there to make our celebration perfect and that it was! The food he prepared was incredible and he went out of his way to make the evening memorable! My husband said it was the best birthday he’s EVER had and having Joe there was an exceptional surprise! (I think the fact that we didn’t have to leave our villa was just a bonus!!) I can’t wait until my kids 31,29 & 26 can go with us on vacation next year because I am DEFINITELY calling Chef Joe again so that they can experience the magical evening and extraordinary cuisine that my husband and I were so fortunate enough to have! I NEVER write reviews but people need to know about the amazing time that Chef Joe gave to us! To say that it was beyond fantastic would simply be an understatement! So… if anyone out there in Googleland is looking for something different to do instead of going out to some restaurant to celebrate ANY occasion, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend that you trust Chef Joe to make your celebration one that NO ONE will ever forget!!!
