Carlos has really good seafood my wife loves there shrimp, conch, and fries platter. Food is always fresh and hot made to order. 10-15 mins wait time. Not a place to dine in only for takeout.

Fried shrimp was not bad and had a nice batter. Gizzards were decent.

Quick and friendly service, I've ordered here for the past 2 years and it has never once disappointed. I've had their wings, tenders, conch, shrimp, and every time it HITS!

The fish was good but two small pieces of lettuce and a small cherry tomato is not a salad I always buy food for the homeless I was not happy when I was told not to buy anything for the homeless lady I last time going time going there!

Anybody hating on this restaurant never ate some good Caribbean food. Been eating Carlos since they used to be in the Perrine location, still one of the best local spots to go to for a good size plate

It's always good. I always call my order in when I come down. Polite and friendly on the phone and in person seems to always remember me and my wife. The food is always fresh and good one of my go-to when I come back home. I recommend conch shrimp and fries.

Got a burger and wings for delivery and it seemed like they gave me a old burger. The wings were supposed to come with some fries, According to the description of the item on the delivery app but it only came with the wings. I got lemon pepper and it was salty as hell. It’s not my first time having lemon pepper Wings but it’s my first time getting them from Carlos and I would never get them again.
