The place was a hole in the wall but the chicken... honey... it was delicious!! I'm not from the south so this was a great chance to check it out and I'm glad I did. Get you some!!

A few months ago I read reviews of others having received twice-fried old chicken. Sure enough, it started happening to me. Twice in a row. Iāve never gone back to that location after that. Theyāre always polite but they do give old chicken burnt because it was fried twice to use up the leftover pieces instead of frying fresh. I always get the family size okra too. Itās always good but this time there was a huge ball of okra stuck together and fried that way so whomever is cooking the okra is not breaking up the pieces stuck together which caused the āokra ballā! I used drive-through but thereās no button below for that option. I go to other locations much farther away. Will never go back to the Goulds location.

Donāt listen to the comments about the customer service! They were all great! As I was waiting I saw 2 customers yelling and snapping on the employees for no reason what so ever. All for a $2 sweet tea. The employees treated everyone (even the rude customers) with the up most respect. And the food was great! will be ordering from here again.
Food was better than expected. No waiting times and prepared quickly. You can take the food with you or eat it inside. But the building is definitely getting old and could be cleaner. There is enough parking space outside.
