Very good DR/PR food spot, I wish they had something like arroz con gandules at least on Sundays. Los chicharrones de cerdo, chicharrones de pollo, mofongo, and fried Sweet potato aka Batata it was ALL amazing ?

We were looking for a dominican food truck and this was the closest around. We got a couple staples. El chimi and some fritura. The chimi was good, just was a little flavorless. The bread was soft, I liked it. It was fresh. But the meat could use a little more seasoning. The fritura was fried cheese and salami. Can't mess that up. The cheese was amazing and te salami was fried to the perfect crunch. The pork chunks i had to put in the air fryer at home. They tasted undercooked. This plate came with yuca fries. They were ok.The attendant lacked a tad bit of personality. But you never know if someone just isn’t in the mood.The truck is in a gas station so plenty of parking available and honestly i think it's overpriced for the quality.I will however return and try other items.
