Pulled up to the drive thru window to see a worker digging in his ear, then going to prepare food. Later found out he's the manager and the only one that makes the pizzas. Disgusting!!

My Supervisor decided after a long night at work to buy us dinner. The app wasn't working so we had to call in the order. The young lady that answered acted as though her time was more precious than my boss's order. She didn't even ask what flavor crust, kept asking if my boss was done with the order..... My boss and I were very close to canceling the order all together but it was late so she decided to complete the order. When asked for her name, the young woman asked why we needed it, and finally gave the name before hanging up. Please give Kaitlyn a bit of CUSTOMER SERVICE 101.

The food is always hot and delicious. The service is ok. The people always seem mad and stiff. They don't smile or act cheerful. The food is great though.

I have had Hungry Howie's before and I always thought it was great but a friend of mine suggested I try the meatballs sub/sandwich and whoa ? it was absolutely amazing and you get plenty for a little bit of money. The regular size is $8.99 and the large is $10.99. The regular is more than enough and the large you can make 2 meals out of it! I am addicted now. Well I got mine through take out and the customer service was great. They are always very nice. I will be eating there in the future!

Great food, pizza crust is cooked in a super hot oven the way it should be. Fresh ingredients and the cheese stuffed bread is wonderful!!! It's like a calzon cut into slices, a must to try !!!!
