When you pay twice for a meal because there online app doesn’t register anything…. You go in person, wait 20 mins for your meal to be made, while the manager has “family” running around the store “very young children “ . Get called 3 hrs later saying my online order is waiting. I’ve paid TWICE for a meal. A store employee calls the manager, and she tells me she can’t help me, even though she remembers me….. give me her district who doesn’t answer, and no way to call a corporate number…. This is bull and not right…. At this point not sure I’ll ever support subway again….

It's a lady that works at the Graceville FL subway by the name of Mrs.Mary. Every time that we walk in the store she greets us with a warm and lovely smile. When she sees our daughters she knows exactly what they want a cheese pizza or Ham and cheese Sub. We love her so much and we appreciate her there at the subway. I don't know who reads these reviews but Mrs. Mary deserves an award or raise for her outstanding customer service. Thank you from the Davis Family and Mrs. Queen Sorey.

The food was great. One of the workers was great. The other was not - I felt like she was rushing us and that she wasn't listening well. Pretzels and some of the drinks were out - the rest of the drinks had a bad aftertaste.

We felt rushed by the first server that was standing there staring us down. The other person that made the sandwich did good and had a good attitude. The tea was out and didn't look like they were concerned when I told them about it. The Dr pepper was out as well. The worst part was that the rest of the drinks had a sulfur taste ?? When we ordered our last sub the first person that started the sub didn't listen well. They were asked to not toast the bread, but toasted it anyway. They were asked to put a little mayo, but coated it. They weren't very friendly. However, my sub was done right and tasted bomb ??
