WOW WOW !! Very disappointing, I was a loyal customer for over 7 years when I first to Sebastian and always paid cach in person. Yesterday afternoon (Tuesday) I ordered a full rack of baby back ribs (my favorite) from a delivery service with a credit card and was not recognized as a loyal patron an received Very dried out "baby backs" (maybe leftovers from the day before)... only ate haft and threw the rest out and like Judge Judy said "I ate half the steak" just giving FYI info what happened and my disappointment

Best thing about this restaurant was it's servers. Ribs were burnt and brisket was dry. When leaving down the stairs I was hit in the back with a door at the bottom of the stairs so hard that bruised my back immediately and left marks. Glad to be out of there and never go back.

Food is good (not great) but service is awful. Nobody seems to want to be bothered. The servers huddle and talk amongst themselves rather than tending to tables. They all have horrible attitudes. Do NOT recommend.

Been coming to this location for close to 10 years. Today will be the last. I ordered takeout because of my agoraphobia. First they didn’t want to take my order. Then after relenting, the order took over a hour. The food was cold and they never provided the garden salad I had ordered. All that for $60! I would never recommend this joint to anyone, ever.

It has been a while since we dined here. I had bacon cheese burger with sweet potato fries. Wife has hamburger and fries. Cooked the way we asked full of flavor and proper Temps. The atmosphere is worth the visit. As you are in a 1800s train station.
The food is good here. I had the baby back ribs and andouille sausage with collards and fries. Ribs were tender and had just the right amount of smoke and seasoning. Collards are done of the best I've had in a long time. My wife had chicken tenders with fries and mac-n-cheese, and the mac was really good, as were the tenders. Service was great as usual.

I'd give zero stars, if possible. We had a party of 9 for my birthday dinner. I called ahead of time to ensure that they could accommodate us, especially because my young niece is in a wheelchair and another family member is gluten-free. The guy on the phone was nice and we previously had good food there. We live about an hour away, but it was what I wanted. We were all in good spirits until we got there. Hostess was rude from the start, server was rude, service was slow, food was cold and old, plus it took an extremely long time to get to the table. Then, the server forgot the food for my wheelchair bound niece. The only plus was the sweet girl who was serving the yummy ice cream. What a huge disappointment! Went to McDonald's after leaving and had a much better meal.
