Dreamette Green Cove Springs

Ever since this place has changed hands the service has went downhill every time I’ve gone I’ve had to wait more than 20+ minutes in a drive-through for service and 10 of that is just me waiting on my ice cream and then by the time I’ve gotten it. It’s been melted.I’ve called multiple times to complain About the issue and the teenagers that run it don’t care and the ones that are running the drive-through don’t pay attention so you have to repeat your order like six times. It’s sad because I grew up on dreamette and this was never the service I had growing up. It’s a shame to see a good business being run poorly.

Love coming to get the best Turtle Sundae! It's not the service are the food that is a disappointment but the nastiest sitting area! The tables are coated with dried sticky ice cream and the side walk is disgusting! The flies are so bad because of the lack of being a clean area! We love your service and Ice cream but someone needs to focus on your outside eating/sitting area!

Ordered a medium sundae with 2 toppings and a pup cup, girl tells me that it's $12.01. I'm a little shocked but hand over my debit card and get told there's a $1 fee for using the card. I pick the no tip option and get a dirty look from the princess working the drive thru. I scramble to find a dollar just because, she hands me this rather small sundae and says thanks. I ask about the pup cup and was told she didn't get it and it would be extra. FORGET THAT!!! $13 for a McDonald's sundae, that's a one and done for us Dreamette, I'll never be back.

Girls there are very nice and patient when taking orders. Fast service

We shared an extra large banana split, about $9. They layer it in the cup, so it isn't blended up like a Blizzard, but it is easy to eat while walking or driving. I believe the soft serve was a true ice cream, not a "dairy dessert." The banana split includes banana, strawberry, and pineapple pieces with chocolate syrup and walnut halves. It is made to order, so you can leave out whatever you don't like. Service was friendly and fast. I didn't score for atmosphere because it is just a walk up (or drive through) with only one table outside the shop (it is covered, though).
*Note: Credit card surcharge is $1(may depend on how much you spend) so bring cash if you can!

Worst banana split ever. Not even a split. It’s a blizzard with banana’s. Pure laziness. Do not recommend. Upset the kids so much. Just terrible.

Best milkshakes around!

The Dreamette is one of my favorite ice cream places. I have had several things from there but my favorite thing to get is one of their shakes. They have several to choose from and they are all delicious. Also, when you order it comes out quick and with a smile. It’s service with a smile! You have to check it out!!
