i go to this dunkin quite often and rarely do i have a good experience. i went this morning on 6/26/25 at around 10:20ish and had an interaction with 3 employees. the girl on the headset was so rude and acted as if my small order was an inconvenience. i ordered 2 sabrina drinks, and made that clear, and ordered 25 munchkins, half glazed half blueberry. when i got to the window, the man with fantastic nails was very nice and handed me my order, but the rude girl on headset only entered one drink. so i had to communicate this mistake, even thought i was very clear, and was charged for the one they forgot, despite the employees laziness. another girl handed me my drink very aggressively and slammed the window shut when i said “thank you”. also, they didn’t give me the right munchkins. my order again was very simple, it’s just laziness and having no manners in this dunkin. do better.

It is getting ridiculous with customers in drive thru. They absolutely refuse to drive around, and will instead block the entrance/exit. Just this morning, two vehicles trying to exit could not because of being blocked in. When the people doing the blocking were asked to drive around and get in line at drive thru, they stated “NO, they do not have to move”. The owner of this store needs to at least cement 3 or 4 traffic delineator post up in the needed area. These post do not block water drainage, or cause unnecessary hindrances, but will keep ignorant entitled people from blocking others.

Every time I have come here i've had to have a remake done, both lobby and drive through. I give my order clearly and somehow something always comes up wrong on my sticker, and when the sticker is right the drink is wrong.

Took forever to tell us after we paid they don’t have bagels. Every time I come here it’s something that takes 20 min. Don’t recommend this location.

No one is ever going to accuse these people of being the sharpest knife in the drawer I pulled in there for 3 dozen donuts filled donuts, you know the ones that have the filling inside? Apparently, that was way above these people's pay grade. Don't pull away from that window without checking everything. Including your change, Cos 4 some people math skills. We're low on the priority list.

WHY?! on earth would you have a walk in for customers when 100% of employees in there are hyper focused on the drive-thru? Standing there, in front of the register for almost 4 minutes, being told over and over, we will be right with you, is unacceptable. It earned my angry walk out. I guess its back to Chic-Fil-a for my breakfasts, again.

Asked for a medium hot coffee with cream and sugar took a drink of coffee and it was barely Luke warm, when I told the young lady behind the counter, she wanted to argue with me because I asked for cream in my coffee saying it turns the coffee cold, I said no amount of cream should make coffee cold if the coffee was hot to begin with, and she wanted to sit there and argue
