Every worker there was extremely amazing and caring, which was amazing for me that day. I have three children, and they are all toddlers, so taking them anywhere is always hectic. Now we go there all the time, because those team members care, and they don't get annoyed by my 2yr old daughter's questions, or my 4yr old's super powers, or my one yr old's crying. My food is always right and warm and delicious, and my drink always gets made super fast. So thank you to the team!!! I know most of your names, but I wouldn't want to leave anyone out?

I had a great experience very clean the staff was professional food was great and fast I felt bad for the staff how other customers treated them people complaining about every little thing but they kept it very professional and try to please everybody that came in I would definitely come back

I have went to this place for the last time! There's been issues in the past with service and orders but today beat all of them. Ordered a HOT White Chocolate Signature Latte. Order was first wrong when ordering, then at the window I was given an ICED Caramel LATTE 3 times by 2 different employees! For some reason each worker could not understand basic English and kept handing me the wrong coffee. I finally just drove off never receiving the correct order. I am through with this lousy Dunkin in Green Cove Springs! The driver in line in front of me also was being given the wrong order several times until he drove off also.

First thing I noticed is it smelled like vaping inside there or cigarettes.Second thing I noticed is nobody there working acknowledge me or looked at me or welcome to me or said anything.This took place on February Tuesday the 20th around 1:00 p.m..After standing at the counter a short girl with short hair and glasses said are you ready?Anyhow the service was kind of rude impolite just like what another reviewer mentioned when she went through the drive-thru her and her husband.I normally tip $5 everywhere I go but I didn't tip anything ... nobody here deserved it.I doubt I'll ever be back to this one and management needs to go in there and give a lesson on customer service and courtesy and so do the parents.

New building and fast, accurate food service but high prices so watch for coupons and use their app to make stops worth the money. They have the same good donuts you grew up on but many other breakfast and other items to make a good stop for food all day. Very pricey for the amount of food you get. Everything is new and kept clean. Quick drive through for those on the run with good entry and exit back onto the road.

The girl at the drive through, Tamika, is just about as rude and as unprofessional as it gets. This is my 4th encounter with her at this Dunkin and she is the same every time. Pull up to the window, she says “what you want?” Tell her your order and she doesn’t say anything. Doesn’t say pull up to the window or anything. Then she says “you gone’ pull up?” Like sorry- I didn’t even know if you’d taken my order yet because you didn’t acknowledge it. Pull up to the window - ask how she’s doing and she will again, ignore you completely and borderline roll her eyes at you. Other than at the drive thru she didn’t say one word the entire time we were there and this is the 4th time with the exact same interaction from her. Tonight, our order was wrong and we were the only ones in line and they had one more customer inside. After the drive thru my husband went in to get the correct coffees and the other girls up front were very nice! The other customer in the store said to my husband that her order was wrong too and she knows not to go through the drive through because the workers taking drive thru orders are rude and never get the other correct. So at this point customers are saying things to other customers about her attitude and service. Other than that, the coffee is usually pretty good but don’t expect your donuts or donut holes to be fresh even if you go in the morning when they should be fresh.

2 months lights still not working either someone doesn't know what they are doing or they dont want to pay to fixdark not safe outside cups leak or the lids since gotten holiday cups in when go to drink has happened last two timesNO LIGHTS ON IN MORNING BUT THEY ARE OPEN THEY LOOK CLOSED BUT ARE OOEN GO TO DRIVE UP THEY WILL ANSWER Last two weeks at 6am all the lights out ( they open at 5am) outside like they closed I saw someone inside but no cars so I drove off this week lights still out outside but I saw employee open the side door asked them they said yes open but lights not working when I got to drive up I asked them if owner knew they said yes they told them and they just keep saying they will fix but they been out for 2 weeks very poor business practices do they just not care ? I can't believe it's taking two and half weeks to get the lights fixed it's dark all outside they are open in the morning even though it looks like they are not

I asked for an iced matcha latte 4 mocha no matcha. First I got an espresso latte. When I brought it to her she stated that she can't make the drink that I want. I said ok please just put one scoop matcha still four pumps of mocha. She barely gave me 2 mocha and a less than full drink as you can see. There are 2 employees here, business is steady. Maybe mgmt should consider hiring help for them. she was polite enough but I've been ordering this drink for five years or so and I just don't understand the confusion. I don't understand how when you take matcha away it means at espresso. and when you asked for less of an ingredient, you're told they can't do that. Do better Please.
