This place use to be really good when it opened but it's gone down hill in my opinion. We've found hair in our food multiple times. We've been denied service multiple times well before closing. Prices keep going up and quality of food goes down.

Yordis, the manager is amazing!! I can not praise him enough! I ordered online and had door dash deliver it to me, unfortunately they delivered the wrong food to me but Yordis corrected the order and was so apologetic and polite. He couldn't get door dash to deliver the corrected order to me so he personally delivered the food himself!! I'm amazed at the customer service and have never dealt with this level of customer service. Just.. AMAZING! Not to mention the fact that the food is soooo delicious!! Definitely the best Mexican I've had in years! If I could rate more than just 5 stars, I most certainly would!! Great food, exceptional customer service! ❤️

Tried this place 3 times after hearing some good reviews and I am honestly disappointed and unimpressed. The food wasn’t anything to brag about. The last 2 times we went in a group and they clearly couldn’t handle it as it took well over 2 hours from start to finish. The food came out wrong, if at all. The waitress was lost and advised “they were working on the missing food” but they were busy. The food never came but yet it was there on the bill. The nonchalant attitude and lack of service takes the cake. We have tried this place and given it a fair chance but unfortunately won’t return again. I’d rather have a more pleasant experience and give a different establishment my business.

Team needs training in customer service. I sat at bar and waited over 10 minutes before I was acknowledged and waited on. I had 2 drinks both the same El Don both tasted like different drinks. Chips were stale. My fajita burrito was good, I asked for only chicken but got chicken. Steak and shrimp. Peppers in Fleming is better by far!

Asada & pastor taco are always such a good choice! Taco Tuesday deal is amazing. Service was slower today compared to others but it was also super busy so understandable. Will continue to come for the delicious tacos though!
