Did a drive thru. Ordered food, had to correct it at pay window; asked for receipt, received a “sure have a nice day” and no receipt. Are your staff high?

Thursday night I pulled into this McDonald's. To get a mcrib sandwich, a medium fry in a medium Coke. And as usual, they screwed it up. I get to the second window. Guy gives me a bag with fries and a Coke, and I asked him, where's my mcrib sandwich? He goes over to the manager. And says that they shorted me the sandwich. The manager says that I didn't order the sandwich. And if I want the sandwich I'd have to pull around in order again. So I handed the fries and the Coke back to him. Told him I wanna refund then he tells me I have to pull over into the parking lot and wait cause he doesn't have time.I don't have time for this either, so i'm going to write a one star.Review for this particular McDonald's, every day until I get my money back. I'm also going to be called corporate every day until I get my money back. I know it's only $6, but it's the principle of the thing you screw up my order and then refused to give me my money back that don't fly with me. Beware of this place. Don't pull away from that window period

There is a noticeable lack of customer service personnel at the front counter, resulting in difficulties in placing orders or obtaining refills. It appears that the establishment prioritizes drive-thru customers over those who choose to dine in.

Even on their Google pic here there's a wet floor sign . Smells like piss everywhere.. ask for no pickles get nine.. thanks ... I'm in the road now I have a bag upside fries thanks and a squash pickle loaf burger.. hey at least they can count to 3 on my four piece.. ask for sweet n sour ain't got it.. say ok bbq.. get nothing.. but it's in the bag . Raw fries.. number 1 seller and you can't even cook em right .

The crew that was working was horrible. I asked for fresh food and it look like they gave me a 3 day old burger . Then the manager gets up set with me and goes back in forth with me because I asked for fresh food and she’s arguing me down saying it’s fresh. Bread on the burger and cheese was hard and burnt . I have a video of the whole encounter. I wasn’t being mean nor disrespectful I even beg her to please give me a fresh burger but she was being rude . I will be posting the video on TikTok because I can’t believe it .
This is the worst damn McDonald’s just find another one. The employee passed me three times just to take a white boy ahead of me then going to tell me he didn’t see me. What??? I have here with my three kids two are teenagers how in the hell don’t you see us. Then I was told her already ordered but when I walked in he was at the damn machine and I had my order on my phone. I will never come back to this place.

I went to Mc Donald's in Greencove Springs today Aug22024 to get me some lunch I was short on money but I remember I had points I haven't used,I made a order and the guy at the order window told me that the wifi was down and they were not taking points.That bull now I have go without because their wifi is down.This store has went down over the years,its starting to sux.

You can never win with McDonald's. I try to use my app and they tell me their internet is down which means I can't use my points on my app. Usually they tell you it's the ice cream machine, but let's find a new story for this time. Yes they did apologize but again another issue with McDonald's.
