Ordered thru mobile app to pickup inside..was told no order was there. Ordered a new breakfast at kiosk then 10 minutes later was told original order was at drive thru. Charged twice. The first order still hasn't been refunded yet. Presently in negotiations with corporate.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s in clay county!!! Their drive thru takes well over 30 minutes just to order and get food. Wish it wasn’t so convenient and so close to home or else I would NEVER come back here.

Food was ok as per ususal. It was my cash register interaction that got on my nerves . At the end of the transaction you can clearly see options to round up for Ronald McDonald's charity. I didn't want to round up and didn't (which is my choice ) then the cashier decides to share that no one donated today . Idk if it was to guilt trip me or something. But as a single parent who works for every cent she has and doesn't receive any help or donations. I'm not giving money I don't have away. And her for her to make that comment ill never ever round up my total even if I had the money . That's not how you upsell nor push a cause . Very unprofessional

This is not food, it closest resembles slop for a pig or kibble for a dog.
All that aside, the people are nice, structure is bland and modern with very little character or appeal.
Ultimately, great place to waste your money and enter your body into a state of dis-ease.

I’ve received 1/12 orders correctly, I’m coming tomorrow and ordering a large order and I’m going to sit in the drive thru and eat it while everyone behind me waits, if you can’t fix your shit
Went to pick up an order. On the screen it said it was ready. People passed by me,and not one emoloyee greeted me or asked if I needed help. When I stuck my head past the counter and said hello? The manager starts yelling at me. Slams the door for the to go shelves. I have no clue as to why she's yelling. Very hateful person. So I left the order, because I was pretty certain it did not contain the entire order, and I did not want to deal with her anymore. So be careful you don't anger her by your mear presence.

I wasn’t going to post but this place is just getting worse. I have said I’m going to stop going here, then it’s close by and quickly learn why I say I’m done with this store!
Today I visited around 10am and while placing the order I asked for a Diet Coke no ice. I let the lady know the order wasn’t correct on the screen and got an attitude. Brushed it off. Leave only to see no napkins and no hashbrow (come back - round 2). Go all the way home only to realize the sandwich is wrong and drink it not diet. As a diabetic, there are few things I can have here but it’s ALWAYS an issue to get the right drink or things be wrong/missing. Go back for a 3rd time only for the manager to be rude and upset because she doesn’t “have time to fix this ladies order again)? Okay! Young girl catching an attitude because my drinks not marked diet and upset I’m asking “are you sure”. Manager trying to rush me while I check my bag. Then I realize that I was overcharged for the wrong items and zero refunds. As a matter fact, she didn’t even give me my receipt, as usual.
Couple weeks ago family out of town went there while visiting, only to eat their food in the parking lot because one of the workers was on her phone screaming at someone.
Few months back I had a hair in my breakfast sandwich and the manager was rude when I asked to have it replaced. Other times you’re asked to pull forward, even if it’s just a cone or drink order. They close the windows in your face and don’t bother to ask if you need anything, napkins- ketchup. Forget it.
Tables are typically dirty, food just thrown in bags, half wrapped. Sloppy sandwiches or fries just tossed. I ordered a happy meal once and EVERYTHING was just thrown in the box, outside of the packaging. Zero cares.
The only reason most folks continue to go here is because it’s close and Angela. I have gone there just to say hi to her and get my morning coffee because she really puts a smile on your face. I don’t know why she’s not a manager here - cause others do the same.
