OMG, I came into the restaurant and it was packed. Good sign! I was immediately greeted by Christian, she introduced herself and welcomed us. She was so busy, but she never shied away from checking on us. Professional young lady. I reccommend the restaurant and ask for Christian!

I have been going to Pan Asian for years. I love their hot and sour soup and also their egg rolls. The staff is always polite and kind to me and my family when we go there for dinner. This is the place to go in Green Cove Springs for Asian food!

I usually go here for Lunch - from my previous experiences at lunch I would give this place 4/5 stars - its reliable but not unique or spectacular.
However, tonight we did dinner. The Food and Sushi were good - better than expected for the sushi. The salad is always good, that ginger dressing is awesome. That said - the server (I always seem to get the same dude who does not seem to care about life what so ever) - he leaves so much to be desired. Zero Personality, zero care to communicate, say hi, have any discussion what so ever. He spent more time in the BOH than in the dinning room. He delivered us water glasses with just ice, and made us pour our own waters from a "fancy" water container. He did not pre-buss what so ever, I literally had to stack all of our trash and used plates and such on the table next to us because the server only came to the table to take our order and drop off our food - and he did not pick up one thing when dropping off our dinner. And he NEVER came back. Some of our food was spicy so we actually we ran out of water, and we were not able get more because no one cared to check on us after we got our food. After waiting more than 10 minutes after we had finished our dinner and stacked all of our plates neatly to get them out of our way, I told my wife and kid to head home (separate cars) and I waited another couple minutes to pay the bill. Ultimately I had to go to another server to pay because our guy never came back to the dinning room.
Before tip, for 2 adults and 1 child, our bill was $82. I don't mind spending the money on decent food - especially food I could not make better at my house - but but to receive such poor service is frustrating. Someone needs to train the server up on what their job is.

I got seated at 3:00pm and I was literally alone in the restaurant. The two “chefs” were eating at the sushi bar with no regard to making a paying customers food. They didn’t leave the bar until 3:35 to start making rolls for myself and two other parties. Service is absolutely terrible to say the least. Food is mediocre. Do better Pan Asian.

DO NOT EAT HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! OLD FOOD WRAPPER ON PLATE UNDER APPETIZER! DISGUSTING!Ordered appetizers, salad, and main meals. Appetizers came.... no other food... for over 30 minutes. Two other tables came in and got food. Only 3 tables in the entire restaurant. We asked where our food was... no answer.. got up and left after 45 minutes.
We visit PanAsian often and will continue! Service, staff and food are far above average!

Just passing through the area and were looking for something different for a change. So very glad we stopped here. It’s nicely decorated inside and the staff is so nice and very personable. The food…..OUTSTANDING! If we lived in the area we’d be here once a week. If you’re around this area…do yourself a favor and stop by … you will not be disappointed!

It is not on the menu, but they do sell ramen now. I got the Tonkotsu and it was delicious. It was $15.99. I've been here multiple times and also got the lunch meal of bourbon chicken with salad (ranch dressing), salmon skin sushi roll, and miso soup. Everything was delicious, hot, and fresh. The atmosphere is cozy and has cool decor. The staff are friendly and attentive.
