This will really be the last time I get food from this location... Every time I've been in this location and the manager (Joann) is working, Service sucks. The kicker tonight was she counted all the veggies put on our sandwich's... 6 pickles per foot long, 5 cucumbers, 7 jalapeno, etc, down to how many spinach leaves, a single layer. I tried to get a gift card and she said she didn't know how to load it. I asked her to call a manager to walk her through it and that is when she informed me that she was the manager. I told her how great her knowledge was and left. I will pass this location from now on to go to the next one.

Absolutely terrible service! There was a female employee working today April 24, 2024 at 7:45pm who was extremely rude. Her and another employee locked the doors to this subway so that no one could get in and when my boyfriend went to try and open the door before realizing it wad locked they looked at him and laughed. I had to call up to the store and get them to go and unlock the door and the female employee got all pissed off at me over the phone and hung up on me after unlocking the door. When we asked for her name to report her she said no and started laughing at my boyfriend. She needs to be fired immediately.

We ordered food online. My husband went to pick up the store was close. The website say they are open till 11 pm. When my husband went to pick up the food it was 7 pm. We can’t get in touch with anyone .

My sandwich had ingredients on it that were not supposed to be on it. I also asked for each half to be wrapped separately and did not receive that. The macadamia nut cookie was extremely hard. I am not pleased with my order. I don’t know if I would go to this location again or order from this location

I got a foot long All American sub, chips and large drink at both the Green Cove Springs and this location. No changing anything and this location charged $3.00+ over the Green Cove Springs location. I do not recommend ever coming to this location and I will never come back.
