I am still thinking about our meals at The Tumeric Kitchen, and that was 3 weeks ago. Delicious. Service staff very nice, however they are still hiring and hopefully will be staffed well soon. We each enjoyed a delicious dinner plus Nann with humus and a second Nann with onion - warm, garlicky, delicious.

First time at Turmeric Kitchen on 3/13/24. Food, service, ambiance were all fantastic & prices were very reasonable. Our server was personable & kind, & made the visit very enjoyable. Refilled waters & cleared plates quickly too :) Unfortunately did not think to take pictures because I never leave reviews, but this place was so good that I had to figure out my old Yelp login just to add one. The restaurant itself was a little quiet (we went early), but began to fill up as we were finishing. Clean interior, soft lighting but still bright enough for reading the menu! We had: -butter chicken -paneer biryani -garlic naan -raita -kulfi (the mango & the cardamom) (included picture) -gulab jamun Butter chicken was rich & delicious, included a side of rice. I ended up taking a portion home because my mom & I shared all the dishes & I was very full. Panner biryani was so good! The paneer was perfectly cooked & the rice was very flavorful. Good mix of other stuff (veggies, nuts, etc.) through the rice as well. Came with a small side of raita. Kulfi was interesting, I had never had it before. The mango one was not very sweet (which was perfect for me) & the cardamom was very floral. My advice on these is to wait a few minutes for them to soften before enjoying. Pistachio on top was a good addition! Note that these are pretty small - which was good for us - but in case you're expecting a large serving, it is a small size. Gulab jamun was also very good - imagine a sort of dough ball soaked in syrup (ish?). Not a very good description, but you can google it - this was very sweet, in contrast with the mango kulfi, & rounded everything out perfectly. The serving is 2 pieces. I wish I was in town more often, because this would be a regular spot for me! Very good, will be going again next time I am in town.

we loved Turmeric Kitchen and will definitely return. The vibe is friendly and helpful. The food is thoughtfully prepared and presented professionally. The service was a little wonky because we got all our food at once...but Go! You won't be disappointed.

Quaint, spot. Went in for a late lunch and had the paneer , served with rice. Came with garlic naan which were so delicious and fresh. My server was very accommodating I am so happy to see this type of food in the Green Cove/ Orange Park area. I love this type of food, and they are doing a great job.

I didn't take any photos but the experience was calm and peaceful my friends enjoyed the atmosphere and the food! We're from a small town and don't have many local restaurants but this one was amazing. If we ever travel back to FL we are definitely coming back here!
The food tasted great! Service was great! The atmosphere is nice. My only criticism is the portion size was for light eaters which makes the price a little high. As far as taste goes, some of best Indian food around.

I ordered for the first time for take out. I love Indian food and I love to cook it as well. I have tried just about every Indian restaurant in the Jacksonville area. This was hands down some of the best Indian food I've had. Sahib not only was polite and professional, but when I told him I loved spicy food he included a small cup of a unique mixture of spices for me to try on my Vindaloo Beef! I will be ordering here a lot! Thank you again Sahib !
