They messed up my whole. order. I didn’t realize I had to check everything I ordered. They forgot my potato, didn’t put cheese on both my chicken sandwiches but charged me for it. Then I got a flat soda for $25 . Check your orders here cause they don’t care

Terrible experience at this Wendy's. The restaurant was unclean, with a homeless man sleeping barefoot at a table. The food was awful—the fries seemed over an hour old and looked off-color, the bacon was too tough to chew, and the hamburger tasted far from fresh. Definitely not up to standard.

THE PLACE WAS DISGUSTING INSIDE. I’m glad we didn’t go through the drive thru!! It stink bad, dirty and greasy floors, everywhere! The work stations were filthy!!! This was at 9:30 in the morning!! JUST NASTY!! We lost our appetite…

Boo! When we got home, my sauce was not in the bag! Then, we both received spicy nuggets instead of regular. We tried to eat them anyways but they were very overcooked so we couldn’t. Also, by baconator fries had little to no cheese and the bacon was a big overcooked block. So disappointing:(

Fries taste like they sat in old grease. Spicy chicken sandwich was way over cooked and only medium ochre warm. 1 baked potatoes was shriveled till it was almost unrecognizable. The other was fresh. The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at.

Absolute clown show. Drive-thru, nobody answers. Waited for 10 minutes, started hitting my horn. Nobody responded. A long line behind me. Drove around, and the person in the window started cussing me out. I went inside, and the manager was so stoned. He couldn't even put two sentences together.

This store has a new manager, Terry, that has worked wonders! It is cleaner than we have seen in years and the staff looked more professional and the food was hot and fresh. In the years my husband and I have gone there, we have seen more than one instance where customers made a scene over incorrect orders. The staff, at that time, handled them well but they would not have happened to begin with had they been more attentive to the customers needs to begin with. We are very glad to see these improvements will go to this store more often now.
