Food was awful, burger was dry and beef was low quality, “loaded waffle fries” were cold, greasy and the small amount of bacon bits were hard, the cheese was smeared all over the dish. The “garlic steamed green beans” were cold, again, the presentation of this meal was very sloppy.
This is the first time that I’ve dined at Applebees in a very longtime and I will not eat there again! I left disappointed and very dissatisfied and hungry since I discarded most of the meal. This dining experience wasn’t just informal, it was a waste of my time, energy and money.

I ordered the whiskey beacon burger and they forgot to put the beacon on it i had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring the beacon

Our waitress Rachael (or) Raquel was wonderful! She made our stay enjoyable. She was extremely personable and she treated my brother & I as though she’s known us for a long time. We will definitely return because of her great customer service. Thank you Raquel or Rachael (sorry I spelled your name incorrectly).

They forgot my shrimp on a chicken and shrimp salad...but the Manager seemed to have EMPATHY 😒

Nice server, but service was absolutely horrible. There were no checkups, constant mistakes in our meals, and we spent an hour waiting for our food while people after us kept receiving theirs. Never going back because of it 😬

The service was fast and very good. The appetizers and the lunch were delicious. Plenty of food and very nice atmosphere. We had an excellent gentleman server who treated us very well. Couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely go back
