Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our waitress Rachael (or) Raquel was wonderful! She made our stay enjoyable. She was extremely personable and she treated my brother & I as though she’s known us for a long time. We will definitely return because of her great customer service. Thank you Raquel or Rachael (sorry I spelled your name incorrectly).

They forgot my shrimp on a chicken and shrimp salad...but the Manager seemed to have EMPATHY 😒

Nice server, but service was absolutely horrible. There were no checkups, constant mistakes in our meals, and we spent an hour waiting for our food while people after us kept receiving theirs. Never going back because of it 😬

The service was fast and very good. The appetizers and the lunch were delicious. Plenty of food and very nice atmosphere. We had an excellent gentleman server who treated us very well. Couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely go back

Last Saturday night went out with my wife the baby back ribs we ordered the two full baby baby back ribs they were tasteless and cold unfortunately had to go and did not say anything cuz I had a meeting and it was a really bad experience had to get something to eat after that don't think I could ever make it back

Call it a comeback. Wanted to give them a 4.2, but we give them the 5 for making things better. I had the Oriental Chicken Salad and my Wife had a Cheeseburger with fries. The salad was very fresh and the chicken was really good. I asked for the chicken to be grilled blackened. I was able to try my wife’s burger and wow. That was really good. Applebees is on the way back. Don’t fall asleep on them. Great prices and good service. The place does need some updating on their light. Just a bit too dark. And it also looks like they need a bit more servers. But the food really made up for it. No pics, but I’ll get some on the next visit
