I don’t know what this is , but found this inside of one of my chicken fries. I should’ve just cooked at home . I specifically wanted a plain burger with cheese just for everything to be on there . I didn’t check before i left the restaurant 😕 not close to home and if it was I would’ve drove back… this is ridiculous. My order was correct on my receipts so why isn’t it what I asked for ..

Burgers, fries, cold and they couldn't of cared!. Not sure who the manager is but he needs or she needs to be replaced they do a terrible job and they do not care. Lots of times they're out of supplies what you order or their soda machines coffee machines are not working. I tried their new hamburger with the brisket got two of them cost me almost $20 for the meals and got home there was no freaking brisket on these burgers. When I called they could not have cared less about this and they did not offer me money back or a certificate to come back for a free burgers. You can keep this place not going again there are other places around they're not the only burger place around and some places are 100% better than they are.

I like Burger King a lot. It is actually my second choice of fast food place for burgers. Unfortunately, this time, I have to give it 3 stars because of the low quality of the food. I ordered the Big Fish sandwich meal and was very disappointed when I got home and saw the food. The sandwich was dripping oil all over, and the fish patty was salty. The fries were halfway cooked, and the onion rings salty as well.

I have to say there is no consistency of food quality between the restaurants lately. I do understand they are independently owned, but they all have the same name, so there are some standards you expect from such a big name.

Drive-thru service was OK. The order was correct, but no smiles at the window.

The personnel never smiled handed me my drink while tuening there head away from me. Then a second hand me my food and did the same thing without acknowledging me. Completely rude!!
