This location is ok. The service is ok. I haven’t had any issues. I always get the cool wrap with crispy chicken i was disappointed to hear they do not offer it at this location.
Poor layout. Most of the parking spaces have to walk through the drive thru to get inside but there is no crosswalk or signs. Not very safe.

I’ve never had a problem with chic fil a before, so this was very shocking for me. First, I ask the lady to give me 3 sauces of ranch, bbq and siracha and she gives a weird face like it’s a problem . And carry’s on to give me 2 each instead of what I asked for lol if it was such a problem I would have bought them. But like I said , I come to chic fil an often and this is the first time it’s been a problem with the worker. I finally make it home with my food, and it’s not what I ordered. I know it’s a cool wrap, but this is why I asked for a spicy crispy chicken replacement so I’m not biting into a cold brick like I did today. I was going to let it slide because I know mistakes happen, but THEN my girlfriend feels her spicy grilled chicken sandwich that she was excited to try & the chicken patty was not warm at all . I already got home and had somewhere to be so I couldn’t drive back to the store. So I called the store 3 times to speak with a manager. Left a message once & haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone or anyone return my call. It’s crazy cus chic fil a is usually on point. I’m not sure what happened today. Felt like I wasted 30$.

I request no pickles and get pickles every time. I have an allergy and requested no bacon on my salad. THREE salads come all with bacon. THREE?
Order grilled? Get fried.
This team cannot get orders right. Sandwich is under breaded and greasy. Fries are overdone and underdone all at once.
This location sucks.

Terrible service. Parked us for our drinks and we waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Honked the car for someone to finally notice and they all started looking out the store like idiots. Nobody knew we were waiting there when a young man with long black hair had told us to park. And nobody answered the phone when we called as well. I understand that it gets busy as someone who also works in fast food but this was absolutely ridiculous, people have things to do. Also asked for fresh fries since they had gotten cold during the wait and they gave us one. Thanks so much to the young lady sent out to ask us what we were waiting for.

I placed an order through the mobile app, and I had a reward for mac + cheese to redeem which I did. Once my food got here, I never recieved the mac + cheese, so now i’m down 800 points and I have to wait for customer support to reach out to me. I’m really disappointed in mobile apps at this point.

I wanted to try the viral chicken tenders, mac & cheese, and fries mixture and I asked for a plastic plate and she told me they don’t do that anymore but that’s a bit odd because how do they serve their salads? Is it not in plastic plates? If they wanted to charge me a little extra for the plastic plate I would’ve done that considering other locations I’ve been to that’s usually how it works. It’s about 50 something cents, so I didn’t really like that she said that. I paid $14 for my meal and cannot even get a plastic container.

All I want is Chick-fil-A sauce! Ordered three large size combos which are roughly $12 each after the upgrade and told the kid taking the order I would like a bunch of Chick-fil-A so when I received my bags, there were three Chick-fil-A sauces so I told the gal that there was only three and that I would like a bunch so she very graciously handed me three more. Total of six Chick-fil-A sauces for three large fries and three chicken sandwiches. Dang! At least they gave me up with a smile.
Don’t bother ordering delivery from Chick-fil-A because you will not be satisfied! I understand that there are other orders that have to be delivered. However, I ordered around 7:30pm and ended up getting my food an hour later with the fries being super soggy, my sandwich not cooked properly, and a few missing items! I shouldn’t have to go back to the restaurant to make sure my order is right!

Every time I've ordered breakfast here they get it wrong. If it's not the wrong coffee it's now the wrong sandwich. I asked for egg and cheese on a biscuit and no chicken. I got chicken on both. Ordered a frosted coffee and they were about to hand me ice.
