Much appreciated and needed respite from the usual fast food drudgery around town. Lantana location is far and away a well oiled machine inside and drive thru. Bonus points for a clean environment, exceptional service for its class, and a playroom for the kiddos is as addictive as their lemonade.

I eat at all the Chick-fil-A's and I get the same thing from all of them. This is the only location that Sunjoy taste like crap. Please pre mix it like the rest of the Chick-fil-A in palm beach county. The Lemonade is always bitter and sweet tea is never sweet. It never taste like a good sun joy everywhere else I get it, It's wonderful.. here It taste like crap. Everywhere else is already cold .. the location hot .. so you always gotta get ice!! They need to change the person who's doing the sweet tea and lemonade. I'm sick of wasting my money on a water down drink bitter drink. The lemonade isn't even sweet.

To start off they never have enough people taking orders so had to wait awhile and then got home with my food and too 1 bite of my spicy chicken sandwich and it was slimy and full of fat it was disgusting instantly thru it away will never go back there again and dont recommend anybody going there they are definitely gonna make people sick as a business owner myself I will do my best to make shore I tell everyone about my experience first time I eat there and will most definitely be my last

This location is ok. The service is ok. I haven’t had any issues. I always get the cool wrap with crispy chicken i was disappointed to hear they do not offer it at this location.
Poor layout. Most of the parking spaces have to walk through the drive thru to get inside but there is no crosswalk or signs. Not very safe.

I’ve never had a problem with chic fil a before, so this was very shocking for me. First, I ask the lady to give me 3 sauces of ranch, bbq and siracha and she gives a weird face like it’s a problem . And carry’s on to give me 2 each instead of what I asked for lol if it was such a problem I would have bought them. But like I said , I come to chic fil an often and this is the first time it’s been a problem with the worker. I finally make it home with my food, and it’s not what I ordered. I know it’s a cool wrap, but this is why I asked for a spicy crispy chicken replacement so I’m not biting into a cold brick like I did today. I was going to let it slide because I know mistakes happen, but THEN my girlfriend feels her spicy grilled chicken sandwich that she was excited to try & the chicken patty was not warm at all . I already got home and had somewhere to be so I couldn’t drive back to the store. So I called the store 3 times to speak with a manager. Left a message once & haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone or anyone return my call. It’s crazy cus chic fil a is usually on point. I’m not sure what happened today. Felt like I wasted 30$.

I request no pickles and get pickles every time. I have an allergy and requested no bacon on my salad. THREE salads come all with bacon. THREE?
Order grilled? Get fried.
This team cannot get orders right. Sandwich is under breaded and greasy. Fries are overdone and underdone all at once.
This location sucks.

Terrible service. Parked us for our drinks and we waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Honked the car for someone to finally notice and they all started looking out the store like idiots. Nobody knew we were waiting there when a young man with long black hair had told us to park. And nobody answered the phone when we called as well. I understand that it gets busy as someone who also works in fast food but this was absolutely ridiculous, people have things to do. Also asked for fresh fries since they had gotten cold during the wait and they gave us one. Thanks so much to the young lady sent out to ask us what we were waiting for.
