Terrible service, the food is never ready on time when you make an online order for pick up, they mark it as ready when they have not even started it, it takes them over half an hour to get it ready. Do not order here.

Be Warned come in a Hazmat Suit. In the last 5 times we have visited this establishment most of the tables if not 1 are completely dirty.
1. Are Fajitas available? Keep dreaming....
2. Portion sizes: are a RIP OFF for what you pay for them.
3. Customer Service: blame it on the previous shift
4. Workforce: Normally 1 person on the line, so be ready for a line

Last night was the worst of the worst. They did not even have white or brown rice. We waited and waited, then the gut punch... white rice that was under cooked without cilantro. No carne asada either, so we made the decision to look for greener pastures. Went into the bathroom but decided not to use as it looked like no one had cleaned it in a while. As we made our way to the door passing the overflowing trash bins to another place turned back to get the two business cards of the manager and area leader. I will be sending them an email to say the least. Lost the business of a party of 7 that night. Looking back, I got so excited to see a fresh batch of fajitas being dropped right before we left, so they do exist in that location.

This chipotle is just falling apart, I’ve gave it multiple times chances and they still always ruin things , the server making the to go orders usually has a nasty attitude and to top it off the chicken is burnt , they gave me double serving of burnt chicken and they have my girl a small portion of Burnt pieces of chicken , I’m getting ready to call corporate if things aren’t changing here soon, even when I’ve gotten a replacement meal it becomes the same crap. Taco Bell cleaner and more reliable at this point

This is the first time I'm leaving a bad review to a place. None of the employees did nothing to me but they were rude to other customers.The grill,The kitchen behind them is filthy.They didn't have no food ready and it wasn't that busy..When I went to get the drinks. Ice machine is out;No utensils.no napkins and flies took over that area..I wanted to attach Pictures on that post but I didn't want to hurt nobody. I gave my food away and ended buying Chinese for my kids. Pls keep the store clean.

Every time I have gone in to order from this Chipotle,they are always out of something. they hardly give you anything and when you ask for a little bit more it’s always attitude. To go orders take twice as long even when restaurant is not busy I rather drive to Wellington Chipotle.

This location consistently gets food orders wrong. And, if you order food to pickup, you have to wait in line since they won't level the food on the shelves meant for food pickup. The line for pickup is longer than the line to make your order. It defeats the purpose. Overall this is just a bad location that will get your order wrong unless you're standing over them babysitting.
