Staff had very bad attitudes and made me feel very unwelcome. I wasn’t acknowledged at all despite the manager looking at me multiple times, as I gave them a few chances to give them the benefit of the doubt. The other 1 star reviews are spot on and I hope corporate does something to improve the service that is provided at this location.

Corporate needs to come and get new management. This chipotle is always dirty, garbage overflowing, employees with poor attitude, and dining tables always dirty. No matter what time of day I go, there are never enough employees, that's probably why they are all in a bad mood. The fact that this chipotle has 3 stars tells you a lot about the amount of dissatisfied customers there are. It's to the point that if I want rice chicken and beans, I'm just gonna go to pollo tropical in the same plaza. I hope corporate comes and cleans this place up by getting new management.

12:30pm on a Saturday, this Chipotle’s location is a complete disappointment. The food is awful, the service is subpar, and the place is filthy. The drink machine is out of ice, and the self-serve station is a mess. Spoke with staff about the issues and they could care a less. This is just plain horrible. Do better and fire the manager here, it all starts with leadership!

They need more and better employees. Employees look overworked and Ashley (orange wig) started cursing out loud saying she was supposed to leave earlier. Only one employee serving food while the line was long full of customers waiting.

The portions at this location are a joke. Don’t know why people come here. Gave them 3 chances.
Wasn’t always like this. You get triple the food for a cheaper price at pollo tropical next door.

Garbage cans overflowing onto floor, every table was dirty, customer service terrible, missing ingredients due to lack of food prep and online orders priority over in person orders. Worst Chipotle in Palm Beach County. Thought I would try this place again almost 2 years later. It's still the same horrible restaurant.

This chipotle sucks. The team members are sad and moody and don’t even have any positivity in working. My gf found a foot long hair strand in her food too. Honestly super gross and some changes need to made at this store! Very depressing. They also skip on the portion sizes with very lil protein. The staff member did not care! Improvement's need to made here.

Can you guys learn to pack utensils for people WHO ORDER ONLINE OR DOORDASH. Like now I can’t even eat my food because I wasn’t packed any forks or spoons or napkins.. I’m on a short lunch break and now have to rush to the nearest store in hopes they have utensils . This is NOT the first time you guys pack absolutely nothing for an online shopper. SMH. So annoyed I don’t even want to eat your food anymore. It’s not hard to pack Utensils and napkins. The basic necessities for an online order. Smh. Very upset. Will not be ordering from this chipotle again on lunch.

Paid almost $60 for a delivery and they could not take 60 seconds to make sure my order was complete. Could not get through to store. Automated messaging will give me a credit. No thank you. I will just never order from you again. Very poor customer service. Delivery guy was very nice and quick though.

The most uncomfortable Chipotle you'll ever visit... no matter dine in or pickup they are all miserable. Orders are shorted also whether pickup or carry out... they never have the ordered ready at the shelves either.

Tonight I got stopped to show a code to pick up my order because I didn't have it in me to deal with the usual attitude... ordered extra items in my bowl, they weren't there. (Shocker. They act like it comes from their paycheck) ordered the large chips and queso, they gave me small queso. Again. Why yall act like it's coming from your check?! If someone is paying for it, give it up.
